Beautiful property comfortable furniture very clean would rent again

This is by far one of my favorite places to stay, especially with a group of friends. The condo is in a perfect location, well appointed, clean, and the floor plan is perfect. We are already planning our next visit!

This condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Someone before us unfortunately took the hairdryer but the front desk staff was quick to help and gave us a hair dryer for the week. The only down side was that the other king size mattress (the non master bedroom) needs to be replaced. It has some sinking in the middle with two people in the bed and ended up giving us back problems by the end of the week. If that mattress can be replaced by a more comfortable one then this condo would be absolutely perfect and we would love to come back!

Absolutely loved this condo. Close to food and groceries, kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook and eat in, balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening meals. Walk to the beach was so short!! Perfect space for my family of 5. Only suggestion would be black-out curtains in the master because the morning sun did have me up early every day - not a huge issue when I had that view to wake up to though.

This is a nice unit and with very little attention to detail could give a higher rating. One elevator was out the entire visit…also the on-site vacassa property manager was never available and did not communicate the entire visit. The parking is limited for renters. If you want a customer to return to a property, there needs to be follow up and attention while a renter is on the property. The cost, along with the lack of attention by the management, does not justify returning to this particular property in the future. There are other management groups in Perdido who care more about the customer concerns and satisfaction.

We had an amazing stay. This is one of the most beautiful stays we have had. The condo looks just like the pictures and is fully stocked with nice items in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach and pleanty of showers to get cleaned off coming back. I think we spent most of our time on the balcony. Very comfortable beds as well! This more then met our expectations.

The condo is very clean, seems newly renovated, had plenty of linens, and the kitchen had everything you needed. The only complaint in the condo itself was that there are no blackout curtains in the master bedroom. With the big windows, my husband I were up with the sun at about 6am everyday. Not a huge deal, but it would be a nice update to have blackout curtains for those that want to sleep in. The downsides were more external issues. The condo building has only two elevators so there were frequently long lines especially at check-in/check-out times. This was very frustrating at check-in trying to get our stuff to the room. My husband ended up just taking everything up the stairs. With the condo being on just the 3rd floor, we often just took the stairs, though this could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Also, the beach front that this property facilitates seems to be too small for the size of the condo building. The beach chairs were stacked in rows of three, and we never made it to the front row even after a week long stay. We kept thinking we would eventually move up, but we only ever made it to the second row which was a bit difficult with small children. Also, the no-smoking rule was not enforced at the pool or the beach even though it is clearly posted everywhere. I was pregnant on this trip, so this factor, along with our small children, made this a frequent annoyance.

The entire condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! It was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay! We love Perdido Key and the Orange Beach area! You couldn’t beat the view and the easy walk down to the beach! Great last minute trip to the beach…awesome seafood and wonderful memories!
