Stayed Jul 10, 2025My family would not rent again at notch estates. The beds are not comfortable. The houses are out dated. There is no dishwasher but they leave you dishwasher pods. I am not sure if it was an option to only rent one side but if thats the case there was stuff we had to go to the other side to find. Our side didnt have dish soap to hand wash dishes but the other side had 2. They do not give enough towels that the house is to sleep. One of the units we tried to do laundry and the washer does not work. We had to get the wet clothes out of one and bring over to the the other house. They advertise about pools. The place has 3 pools but 2 of them are drained. So only 1 working pool which is way to crowded for the facility. I didnt feel like the place was clean. Walking barefoot on the floors my feet were turning a gray black color. I did like the little sitting area outside on the porch. The one unit that has the high table on the back porch is way to big you can not have people sit in the 6 chairs around it due to the deck is not side enough. We had a nice weekend but for the price there is way to many other places to rent that are more updated and cleaner.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We rented 2 condos that were side by side. The location was great! It was near many of the great things to see and do in Branson but also far enough away. Only one pool was open, but t was nice. We did take the hike down to the lake and the hike back up was a little strenuous, but nice to explore! The deck was very nice. We spent every night out there recapping our day. I would definitely stay again!
