I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sister time together - 5 of us - we had plenty of room. Could not believe the condo DID NOT have a blender or Keurig coffee machine - but we made do.One thing I would highly recommend - they need to mop the floor.

Stayed Mar 12, 2026Photos made the rooms appear much larger than they actually were. Condo is in need of updating and some TLC and maintenance. The beach did not disappoint -lovely white sand and the views were spectacular!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location ~ patio furniture needs to be replaced. For a place that advertises sleeps 12 there is not a dining table, only a high top for 4. Also need a normal size paper towel and extra toilet paper. (to accommodate 12)We only had 5 people and was not enough. Was very expensive for 4 nights but we loved the view.

Reviewer Comments: We stay at the Coral Reef Club every year and unit 12 was my favorite so far. We had 2 families of 4 staying here and there was plenty of space for more! Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

With the help of the property management team we were able to coordinate the accommodations (with an additional unit) to meet our needs. The location, the view and the beautiful beach here makes Coral Reef Club the best place to stay in the Destin area.
