#4090 - Bayfront retreat w/balcony and AC

We loved the location! It was beautiful to look out the window and the balcony over Mission Bay. Easy to walk on the path around the bay. We enjoyed the comforts of home and a wonderful kitchen to prepare our meals.

I enjoyed my stay with my grandson and great grand daughter. The park and play ground entertained both of them. However, there were things that caused stress and inconveniences.Sliding door out to balcony was difficult to open and close.I ran out of hand soap in the master bathroom. There was no refillable soap so I had to use dish soap to wash hands. The squeegee in tub needs to be replaced. There was no spray cleaner to wipe down counter tops and table. The tub in master with jacuzzi jets, one of the jets didn’t work and the stopper didn’t hold water. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be fixed. There were cracks in kitchen counter and stove top had a piece that was cracked on edge. There were no lights at entrance and by the elevator. Thank you for having lights replaced. The beach toys were full of sand as was the closet. I vacuum the floor so that sand was not spread through the house. Basketball needs air.No ice.There was only one elevator key that worked.For the price I paid for the rental, everything should have been included along with safety before I arrived.We managed but caused frustration during our stay. I would consider staying there again if the price was lowered and everything was in tiptop shape.

The location is great with a beautiful view of the bay, close to the beach, and shopping. The place has everything you need but it's in a very old building and there were a few issues. The pool was under construction which was noisy. The air conditioner leaked on the first day we checked in and it was very hot on the 3rd floor. The host sent a repairman the next day. The outlets in the bathrooms do not work. And we tried to leave the garage one morning to go out and the elevator didn't work and the gate would not raise. It turned out the workers for the pool turned cut the power. Overall it was okay and served the purpose. We just needed a place to stay for a few days while my daughter recovered from surgery.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! The location is great, close to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. The unit had everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again. The listing mentioned there is a hot tub on the property, but this isn’t the case. Not a big deal for us, but might be for others.

We truly enjoyed staying at the condo. The view of Mission Bay and the beautiful park from the living room is just perfect. Great location-nice morning walk by the bay to the ocean, so many great restaurants in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, the rental was well thought out with most everything available! The travel crib, pack n play and high chair were a huge benefit for our almost 2 yr old, and even step stools for the restroom for the kiddos! The park out front was a huge hit! And included ‘park toys’ for the kids to play with! Definitely will rent this unit again if visiting the area!

The apartment is nice and spacious for a family (2 adults and 3 children). Very clean and beautiful view of the bay. Communication with management is quick and easy. It is located in a busy area with nowhere to park on the street so, the parking spot is useful! Generous on the towels and amenities. - For those sensitive to noise - the fridge makes a very loud sound maybe 40% of the time, it's on and off. Hopefully, this will be fixed for future stays. - The shower in the main bathroom has no water pressure. We all had to use the master bedroom shower (worked out fine for us). - No insulation in-between the walls/floors which is tricky with young kids who have lots of energy to keep them from making noise in the mornings. Neighbours were quiet in the evenings. Overall, we were satisfied with our pleasant stay!

The condo is beautiful with all the amenities, very clean and organized, great location, you can walk to beach, great for running and walking. The owner went out of her way to help with a personal issue we had. I would definitely come back again!

The condo is close to so much in San Deigp with a beautiful view of the water. Walking distance to the bay and ocean. Family friendly with accessories for a baby Great communication kept us informed of service work in the main part of building Will recommend for other family members to stay at when visiting family in San Diego

Our family had a great experience at this condo. Location was perfect! Close to the beach and the trail. Condo was well equipped with most everything you would need for your stay. Very comfortable stay.
