407- Coastal Heaven Retreat - Upscale Beachfront, Truly Beautiful!

Unit was not very clean. Sand everywhere and toe clips on the balcony. Took away a lot of the vacation feeling. Also, the AC could not be set under 70 degrees, that's too hot for us.

This was a great place for two couples. We each had our own bathroom in our bedrooms so no one had to walk outside the bedroom to get to a bathroom. We rented this place because it had Pickleball courts which were in great shape. I really liked that we could see the ocean, pool and courts from our balcony. We enjoyed spending each morning on the balcony with the great view of the ocean. The check in process was easy and the front desk manager was so friendly and accommodating. We received complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach. The pool was always clean. The place was nice and quiet every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so nice and pleasant; Wayne is a riot. The condo was clean and had all the things you could need to fix meals, bath items and the view from the balcony was glorious. We watched the dolphins come in for breakfast. Very quick walk onto the beach, then hop in the pool on the way back in. The pool was also lovely to enjoy- heated, good size with plenty of loungers and tables with umbrellas. We will certainly come back and certainly be telling others to visit if they have the opportunity.

The beds slept wonderful and sofa was comfortable to sit on. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the baloney, but would have loved two more high sitting chairs. Other than that, everything was perfect in this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location & loved the decor!

The place is extremely small Dishwasher didn’t work Doesn’t have a washer or dryer You can’t do anything in the property without getting a fine and if you have a second vehicle be prepared to pay 20 dollars a day for parking. Overall, worst condo I’ve ever stayed in but we made it work with what we had. That’s just my honest opinion.

We had such an amazing stay! The property sits right on the beach. All you have to do is go down an elevator and walk out the door. Conveniently located near lots of restaurants, walgreens, cvs, publix etc (less than a mile away) The condo was clean, quiet and looked exactly like the photos. Absolutely gorgeous!!!
