Stayed May 17, 2026We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We chose it for the price and to be close to the beach. It is small but was enough room for my husband, 12 yr old and me. You have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to it. The owner lives in the complex and is very helpful and friendly. There are beach chairs available for use and stored in the parking spot. On the beach, a life guard station is about 75? yards away and they display the flags re: water conditions. There's a covered deck and a grill available along with a hose to wash sand off when come off the beach. There is a coffee/ice cream shop a short walk away and next to a convenience store but it was pricey. If you plan to cook, bring a few essentials like spices, oil etc. We enjoyed shrimp and really good hush puppies at Fish River Grill, New York style pizza from Janino's pizza and gyros from Efes Greek kitchen.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025This condo was clean and located steps from the beach. It could use a little TLC to update it some and a vehicle at the condo next door kept us up the first night for an hour while the car alarm kept going off. However I feel we got our money’s worth and had a nice stay.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Love the small feel of the complex! The gazebo was so nice. Slightly jealous of the end condos with their porches! The weather wasn’t very cooperative, but myself and my girls still had a great time. We loved the little cat that hangs around. She/he was so loving and cute!!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Outside of condo is very clean & well kept. The beach is just feet away. A nice outdoor shower is at the entrance from the beach to the condo. Condo has everything you need to accommodate your stay. Excellent location to restaurants, shops, & grocery.

Stayed May 25, 2025This is an owner operated condo which means easy instructions and easy check out process. Very clean and very well kept. Everything worked as it should and this is a great family condo unit. Keep in mind it does have stairs but they aren’t terrible. Will stay here again.
