403 Belle Mer ~ 3 Bdrm, 3 Ba - 6/27-30 Open & Discounted!!

The property manager, Betty, went above and beyond. She made our trip excellent. House and location was beautiful. Only one thing for us and it may not bother others. The owners had family photos up all over the house including the bathroom. It felt like we had broken in to someone’s home for first few days. Very disconcerting.

Great stay! Ready to stay again next year.

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Good local food, pretty beaches, nice pool and hot tub.

This condo was beautiful and spacious and worked well for our group of 7. Very convenient and well kept. Views were amazing. The only thing we disliked was the parking. We wished there had been stripes in the parking lot so people wouldnt take up so much space. There were a couple nights we had a hard time finding a space.

We have stayed at the Belle Mer condos for at least 15 years. We always stayed in the same condo every year until we had an incident where the condo was not cleaned at all before we arrived. We called and it was a big mess trying to work all the things out. The housekeepers came back during our stay and were very rude. This was several years ago. We changed units and have not had another problem until this year. This year we arrived and again the condo had not been cleaned. There was dirt and grime everywhere. I contacted the owner this time and she was super helpful and apologetic. She offered to have housekeeper come but this cuts into your vacation. We declined and said we would clean the unit ourselves. She was going to give us a discount for the trouble. So far I haven't gotten it and just got a response today, saying the cleaning fee was going to be refunded. I should get that plus since I did the actual cleaning. Also she said we did not follow checkout instructions. I think this is just a comeback since I have complained. I have stayed in condos for over 25 years and have never gotten a message that we did not follow checkout instructions. WOW! I think she may be trying to keep my deposit which is a whole other story. In the beginning we were charge a deposit outside of the VRBO fee. I have never had this happen and thought that it was weird. However we wanted to stay here and paid the deposit. Now I think she is trying to keep our money. Not sure what will happen.

This unit was perfect for families with young kids. There was a pack n play ready for us and the rooms are much more spacious than they appear in photos. The pool was a great size and the walk to the beach was short. The only issue was the rugs and condo in general were a tad dirty and could use a deeper clean between rentals. We rolled up some of the rugs that were getting my crawling son pretty dirty. The bath towels also need an update. Other than those small things, everything was excellent and we would come back in a minute!

Very nice area and beautiful beaches. Condo was fully equipped with everything that was needed. Unit could use a thorough cleaning and the patio door in the master bedroom would not open. Overall the stay went very well.

This home/condo was beautifully decorated, and very spacious . It was perfect for our family beach trip to Navarre, with my children and grandchildren. We would definitely stay there again. There was an issue with a pipe leaking, but home owner tried her best to resolve quickly and then gave us a discount for the inconvenience. That is not something everyone would do, and we appreciated it very much. The condo has amazing views, and as Navarre Beach is our favorite beach, it was perfect.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We loved having 2 queen beds in one bedroom versus 2 twins. Belle Mer is a very nice property and this was our 5th year visiting. This property worked perfectly for our family! We love coming to Navarre and meet up with other family (we end up getting 3 condos in Belle Mer). We are already in the process of booking again for 2024.
