**Strict Non-Smoking Policy**

Per strict HOA rules, smoking of any kind (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly forbidden everywhere on the property, including inside the unit, on patios, and near the building. If you need to smoke, you must walk entirely away from the building to the street. Smoking is not permitted in parking areas or alleyways. A $1,000 fine will be charged for any violation of this rule. The exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras.
