Enjoy this beautiful Ocean City, New Jersey (OCNJ) family friendly property offering comfort and relaxation with the amenities of home including high speed wifi. Newly painted and tiled and with a fully furnished kitchen, with plates, bowls, cups, and everything in between. This is a professionally decorated, non-smoking (including all decks) 2nd floor duplex with vaulted ceilings in the family room, dining room and kitchen only seven (7) houses from the beach and boardwalk on 4th street andtwo (2) blocks from the rides at 6th street! Close enough. but far enough away to still be relaxed and laid back!

Quiet, residential area, yet close to everything. The wonderful shops that line Asbury are all a short walk, with no need to move your car. This home is a few blocks from the Tabernacle with its weekly Farmer’s Market and children’s activities. All beaches in our neighborhood are guarded throughout the summer, with some beach locations through the end of September.

Our home offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the main area with sleeping accommodation for 10. The kitchen features appliances and center island with seating for three, leaving ample space to prepare those picnic lunches for the beach. The dining room has a large table which comfortably seats 6, leaving plenty of room for everyone to gather together for meals. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dining service for 10, as well as plenty of plastic tableware for the kids. A toaster, KEURIG coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, mixing bowls and plastic container storage are also provided, along with a full array of cookware and cooking utensils.

The adjoining family room includes a 55-inch flat screen HDTV with cable and DVD player, situated above a gas fireplace (seasonal). The family room boasts a large sectional sleeper (Queen)sofa, and coffee table. The kitchen and family room open to the large covered front deck with ceiling fans, which includes both a dining area and comfortable sofa and chairs. Plenty of room for relaxing with your early morning coffee or after a day at the beach.

The master bedroom features a Queen bed, large flat screen TV with cable, sliding glass doors to a furnished back deck, and a private bathroom with two (2) sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable and large sliding glass door with direct access to the back deck. The third and fourth bedrooms offer two twin beds and a flat screen tv with cable. All bedrooms include dressers for storage, nightstand(s) and ample closet space. All mattresses and pillows are enclosed in allergy/bed bug-proof covers and include washable mattress pads and comforters. Additional blankets and pillows are also provided for our guests.

You'll find brand new furniture throughout the house. The property has central air conditioning and a full-size washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and the family room. An enclosed outdoor shower with convenient wash-up hose are located on the side of the house, allowing for easy clean up after a day at the beach.

There is also a roof deck (only for this unit so no need to share!) with another dining table and chairs and two (2) lounge chairs. A perfect place to relax during the day if you still want sun and some privacy, or you want to have your own private place away from the main house. The views are spectacular as you can see the ocean from the back of the deck and the ferris wheel and other rides from the front of the deck.

A pathway around the back of the house provides access to the driveway and garage. There is driveway parking for two cars as well as the garage and ample street parking (as available) in the front of the house (no meters). It is short ( 7 houses) walk to the boardwalk, beaches, tennis and basketball courts, shuffle board, volleyball courts and skate park.

Ocean City is a wonderful, family friendly resort town with lots to offer - beautiful sand beaches, a multitude of restaurants and shops, nearby water activities and golf, and boardwalk entertainment including amusements and water park.
Our home is immediate walking distance to all of the boardwalk entertainment (which extends from 6 to 14th streets), yet separated from all of the noise and congestion of the motel district. For those looking for a little grown up excitement, the Longport Bridge is just a few minutes away and provides easy access to Atlantic City, as well as the wonderful dining options in Margate.

Included in your rental are 6 beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and shovels, as well as a beach cart to make your walk to the beach a breeze! Indoor activities include: books (take it with you if you don't finish during your stay), board games, puzzles and DVDs for your enjoyment.
We ask that you supply your own linens specific to the bed sizes for each room.

Weekly and weekend rental rates are available throughout the year as indicated. From June through September our rentals are one week, Saturday through Saturday. Likewise, any issue that could possibly arise during your stay with be addressed immediately either by us (we are a short drive away) or by our local representatives.
