This was a great place to bring the family. We had a great time the place was clean and I would stay there again.

It will be perfect if lighting in the dinning area is bright and fan is available in all rooms. It gets hot after lunch. Great place to stay.

The house is in a great location and the kitchen and living space are very nice. The listing indicated 3 full bathrooms but there were only 2.5. We had booked it with the assumption that there would be 3 showers for the 10 of us. Greg did not respond to our comment about the inaccuracy of the listing. There were a few broken things but they were repaired when asked. Overall the stay was good.

Our stay was very nice. The condo was very clean. Had all the amenities that were needed. The host was very responsible when needed overall it was a great stay.

This was our second time staying at the property, and it was even better than the first! Greg is a great host and very attentive. Parking is easy, the place is clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location! Right on Lake Mary Road and the Lakes Basin Trail/Bike path. Plenty of parking too! Neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe. We came here with both children and teens and had a wonderful time!!!

Had a great time in Mammoth at Greg’s place! Would rent again with a large group.

Great stay overall. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which made the trip much easier. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—quick responses and very helpful. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the mountain, making it super convenient for getting out to ski. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great location, right by Lake Mary Road, and walking distance to Twin Falls, and less than 4 miles to Lake Mary basin.The unit itself is well-maintained and roomy for up to 10 guests. A big plus for us is its pet-friendly (with 2 large plushy beds and clean pet bowls for feeding) accommodation.We checked in clean and checked out leaving the unit clean as we found it. Owner, Greg, was friendly and responsive to all our questions. The third car parking is right behind the complex, along Lake Mary Road trail, a few hundred meters convenient from the end-unit.Great stay!

The place was clean and upgraded. Host was responsive. Excellent access to the mountain (Yellow line to Eagle was right outside the door). Parking is essentially right outside the door.

Greg did an excellent job being responsive with inquires and answering all questions promptly. Bonus points bus pick up is directly out in front of condo. The condo comfortably accommodates 8 with a decent layout. Kitchen is remodeled, however it was stocked very lightly and pots and pans need to be replaced so come prepared if expecting to cook large meals. The rest of the condo is modest and clean, but could use some updating.

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 8. However, we did have a few issues.Not enough towels provided and not enough toilet paper. Washer and dryer are provided. While drying our clothes, the dryer started smoking. So we could not use the dryer our entire stay.In addition, we had about six outlets downstairs that did not work. A breaker was tripped, but could not be reset.Few touchups are needed to the place.We did enjoy the remodeled kitchen. However, every pan was very scratched up.

Great location to eagle and canyon. Enjoyed the upstairs open concept. Open wooded area close by was great for our doggos!

Well equipped for cooking . . . .

House was fully equipped from the kitchen to the rooms. The house was clean and had entertainment like board games to WiFi. We all loved the condo. We will definitely stay there again. The host was very attentive and gave us and our family a good stay.

Unit was well appointed, very clean, and easy access and convenient location. Host was extremely responsive and readily answered any questions. Definitely would book a stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and well-maintained. The newly remodeled kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and had a great time. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

Great kitchen to use. Easy for a large group. Nice family room with fireplace and large TV. Easy to care for our pets (3 dogs). The host was great to work with.

The property was in close proximity to the village, making it an easy walk. The actual unit was very clean, had all amenities that you could want and need, and the host Greg was awesome. He was great with communication and made sure that everything was going well. I highly recommend this property!

The condo was just like it was listed and we had no problems. I would highly recommend this residence. We had a great time.

Great location, quiet and comfortable. Host responds quickly to message. A couple of negatives are the condiments. I don't expect mustard, mayo, etc. but no salt or pepper which is basic. The closet in the master bedroom stores items not in a neat way. Small details can make this a 5 star experience. Tie up the loose ends inside and outside the unit.

just as pictured, very comfortable and clean, would stay again. Staircase is a bit dangerous for kids as one side has no wall/railing, but host was very gracious about ensuring there was a working baby gate available.

Great location, nice kitchen and good views are the good points. When we arrived we discovered that a hinge was broken on a cupboard door in the kitchen making it a bit hard to get things out. We reported it, but nobody came to fix it. The sliding screen door to the deck was just leaning against the window, but my son was able to get it back in the track. These things make me say that whoever was supposed to check that the condo was ready for guests did not do a very thorough job.

Great condo for family up to 10 people, very spacious. Not convenient for catching the trolley.

Super easy check in. Perfect location. Lots of space. The kitchen was large and has pretty much everything we needed (a few things need maintenance ) but host was great and communicative.

Our family of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) enjoyed our stay in Mammoth despite a few problems. We were disappointed that the Overview description clearly showed 3 showers in 3 bathrooms but there are only 2 showers. Furthermore, the water pressure in one shower was so low that the women/girls with longer hair could not use it, and the good shower was in suite in the MBR which made access limited. Other smaller issues included: 2 fry pans were so badly scratched that food sticks even with Pam, Icemaker makes only 15-25 pieces of ice per day, cabinet door in the corner by the dishwasher has one hinge not connected, screen door to the patio comes off track if opened quickly, BBQ grills are filthy and need to be cleaned, Refrigerator took 12 hours to cool food so we thought it was not working, Patio was dirty so we had to clean the chairs and table to use them, Bunk room is very small for 4 people. Good things included the Kitchen and Great Room, parking was convenient, Greg is responsive and helpful, and the beds are comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this lovely, clean condo in Mammoth. The host was very communicative and was sure to check in and make sure all was well and offer suggestions for local hotspots, etc. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

The updated kitchen and open concept layout with the living room and dining table was really nice. We loved being able to all sit down at one table and enjoy a meal (there were 8 of us). Pretty much everything you need to cook is provided in the kitchen, although the pans were pretty scratched up. I always bring my own foil, ziplocs, paper plates/napkins, etc. The layout of the bedrooms was not clear to me in the description. Ground level has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunkbeds), and 2 full baths. Upstairs is the kitchen and living room, along with another bedroom (king bed) and 1/2 bath (no shower). The bike path is right near the unit, which was nice since we brough ebikes and were able to easily ride up to the lakes. All in all we enjoyed our stay here!

Family and friends fishing trip.this condo was perfect for our group.big living room.kitchen had all the pots,pans,and utensils.very comfortable place to come back and relax after a long day of fishing. Thank you Greg for your hospitality we had a GREAT time.

We had a great time and wished we could stay longer. The shuttle is a short walk and dropped us off for skiing. It was a super plus not having to load up and take 2 cars skiing. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and accessories to cook family dinners. It snowed quite a bit the first 24 hrs, the snow plows cleared the neighborhood quickly. It’s a nice end unit, kitchen, familyroom and 1 bedroom and 1bathroom upstairs. 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms with showers. Unit was very clean, you wouldn’t know it was dog friendly. It has a nice area to walk the dogs. Greg was very helpful and available to answer questions. I’m hoping we will be able to stay again soon.

The unit is sunny and open with a great kitchen. Location is one shuttle stop from the village gondola- loved staying there. Host had great communication.

Such a nice, big condo. Warm and cozy and plenty of seating as well. Huge kitchen as well and so easy to catch a trolley to village/Eagle. Loved it.

Place was very nice and super convenient with the shuttle bus so close. Greg was very helpful with any questions we had.

Great condo with plenty of room for all of us. Updates throughout the condo while keeping mountain charm. Great quiet location but plenty of walkable areas in Mammoth. shuttle stop right outside made mountain access easy. Greg was great to deal with, would definitely stay here again!

The location was great! Greg was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The space was great. We were a little disappointed, based on the listing description we should have gotten three bathrooms with three showers. Unfortunately, we had three bathrooms with two showers, but we made it work.

While the unit is lovely, we came across a few issues, that would be easy fixes for the owner/property manager. Luckily, we didn’t have any major issues, but others may…1. Listing states 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, in actuality there are only 2 1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom only has a sink and toilet. We were 2 families of 4, but at the time of booking we had 1 extra adult. If she had come, she would have had to share a bathroom with one of the families.2. Unit looks like it was cleaned months ago and we were first renters since summer bookings. Very dusty and cobwebs all around. Simple walk through prior and this would have been caught.3. Owner/property management non responsive. Everything was an autobot response within the messaging app. It would find key words in my question and respond with unit information. Simple question regarding parking lot grooming during heavy snowstorms, and I was given information on where the parking was. I asked if there were any floor mats around to wipe feet after coming in from snowy balcony, and no response because autobot couldn’t pick anything up.

Overall it’s a great property. Lighting and bathrooms need some improvements.

This place was awesome, too be honest it was better than we expected. Perfect distance from the village, the neighborhood it's quiet. Big kitchen and ample space to spread out and have a good time. Thanks again!
