The pool was very nice and clean. The pier was nice to go out on and look at whatever fish was swimming by. The property was very nice and accommodating for all in our party. Private bathrooms off each bedroom was key . My only complaint was the size of the vanities in the bathrooms was way too small. We could have used more counters space for our toiletries.

Great location. Only 5 mins from Duvall or Mallory Square. Spacious and clean

It was a great stay. We enjoyed being on the water with the great view at the pool or the second floor terrace. It’s just a very short golf cart ride away from everything. They even have golf cart rentals available on site.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived about 30 minutes early and attempted to enter only to find that the lock is on a timer and you cannot check in 1 second early, which was mildly annoying sitting outside waiting for the door to work. Then upon leaving we received multiple check out notices and the wifi was turned off BEFORE our check out time. That all being said - we were the only people there, had the place to ourselves - the pool was great, would be small if the building was full. The inside was beautiful - we did find a cockroach in the kitchen but I think for Florida that is to be expected. The laundry facilities onsite were nice to have. The landscaping was beautiful and the location was good - we were glad to be a little further away from the noise and people. Overall, would definitely rent again!!!

We found the house to be well equipped with what was needed for a long weekend. Only complaint was the dishwasher - the door was very heavy and we had a lot of trouble getting it to close. Clean, stocked with coffee, toiletries, towels, even sunscreen! Quiet street about a mile walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go, or a quick Uber ride.

We had 8 women on our annual girls trip(we were all born in 1960)The area was beautiful, quiet, easy to get to everything and a great Tiki bar/ restaurant within walking distance!!We all loved it!

Great condo! Very clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood street. Just because I like to know details, coffee machine was both grounds and pods, pots and pans were enough to make a basic breakfast, 1 saute pan, 1 skillet , 2 pots, and 2 pans. 6 minute easy bike ride to Duval, the bike place recommended, Island Bikes, was easy to work with and dropped off and picked with no hassle. Very attentive to answer my questions thru VRBO. Overall worth the price.

The large shared patio was a great spot to end the night. It was easy to reach the property manager when we needed something. One opportunity for improvement would be to upgrade the beds and bedding, but we would stay here again.

4 bedrooms with en suite baths. Nice common area for preparing meals and socializing. Nice outdoor deck. Perfect for multi gen family. Bit of a walk back and forth to Duvel but our family enjoyed the sites and exercise. Would stay again if available when we next visit Key West!

Nice to have the open shared porch area for those who got up early, or for informal gatherings. Pool water was very nice and warm. Easy walk and bike to town. Five stars on everything. Well stocked with dishes, towels beach towels. Nothing really missing. Two nice gas grills which we did not use but were clean.

Experienced Key West for the first time and it was a great location! The condo and owners were fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

When i booked i stressed the importance of having a Water view from our unit (#8), the booking agent gauranteed we would have a view of the Harbour, we didn’t. Called upon arrival to try and have our unit switched to a water view unit andvwas told they couldnt cause they were full. Next 3 days, our car was the only car on property. Fully booked, sure! Just didn’t appreciate being lied to. Probably won’t be going back

Each room had its own bathroom, and we loved hanging out in the living room and balcony. Communication was great leading up to the trip as well during our stay. They kindly let us have a late check out due to the office was going to be closed the day we leave so we would not be able to use the luggage storage. There may have been some miscommunication with the cleaning company because they walked into the unit while we were still there, but I explained the phone call I had prior and messages I received confirming the late check out, and they did not return til we checked out. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are ever in Keywest and I will definitely keep it in mind if I ever return!!

The space was clean and roomy, everyone had their own bathroom and loved to hang out in the living area. The communication leading up to the stay was incredible, and every time we contacted the rental group directly - they were helpful and responsive. We stayed a few years ago (and indication that we wanted to come back!) and noticed just a few things maybe needed a refresh - like paint on the walls or a small chip in the floor. But with what you get in the view, location, cleanliness and service, it’s a very small note of feedback.
