Relatively new property and in nice condition.

Very nice condo in a small complex. Walkable to town and local restaurants. Nice small pool with water views. The only thing to note that if you arrive before check in the only place to leave bags is on the opposite end of town. There is no property office onsite at bayfront suites. Great communication from property office, they even delivered a few amazon packages for us!

The location is excellent—close to everything we wanted to do—yet the condo still felt like a comfortable place to come back to and relax. The unit is very well maintained and clearly cared for.The best part for our group was the layout: all four bedrooms have their own bathrooms. That was a huge plus and made the trip so much more enjoyable. Everyone had their own space and privacy, which really helped the whole stay feel easy and comfortable.Communication was also great—any questions, requests, or needs were answered quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a clean, well-kept, well-located place to stay in Key West (especially for a group), we highly recommend it. We would absolutely stay here again and plan to be back.

the condo was what i expected… location is in a walkable location to Duval street providing you are physically capable… The condo was clean and stocked appropriately. we used the pool lounge chairs and laundry. The only negative is the condo needs some minor maintenance overall acceptable choice for the price point given the size

We had a wonderful time.The space was clean and the location was quiet and the accommodation was perfect with everyone getting a room and their own private bathroom.We really loved this base, and we will recommend this to everybody we know of that is going to be going to Key West. One of our guest was mobility challenged, and the elevator was a a huge convenience.

Stayed for fantasy fest week with couples. Nice location.

Up-to-date, well provisioned condo. Community pool and community laundry didn’t detract from the functionality of the place. Each bedroom (4) had a private bath, which was nice. Only complaint, which doesn’t reflect on the management, is the walls were a bit thin. We could hear the stomping of the upstairs residents, which was bit annoying. Otherwise, a very nice place to rent.

Great location, within walking distance to downtown.

Pictures led us to believe we had waterfront views from our room. Neighbors above us had kids that ran the floors constantly from 7:00 AM until well after midnight. Other than that the property was very nice and perfectly located. We enjoyed our stay and the condo other than the kids and laundry is not in your condo but a separate room that is shared by all guests.

The condo was easy to find and in a convenient location. We stayed in May so tourist season was just ramping up and the parking lot offered lots of choices for parking. The condo was very clean and well furnished. We appreciated having beach towels provided. We didn't realize until the last day that there was a rooftop deck with an ice machine -- it would have come in handy as the ice machine in the fridge had a hard time keeping up with us. The condo could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls, but overall it was in very good condition. The pool was way too warm for us to enjoy and it felt more like a hot tub than a pool. We never did find the washer/dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were impressed with the overall availability of a fully furnished 4 bedroom/4 bath accommodations. We would stay there again!

We loved staying at this property. Plenty of space for our 6.5 month old and our group of 5 ladies. On-site parking was so convenient, the pool was great, and the property managers were very responsive and accommodating to our questions and requests. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay with a large family every bedroom has its own bath plus an extra

We loved that each couple had a king size bed and their own bathroom. That part was awesome. If you’re looking for a place close to Duval but off far enough for quiet it’s a great location. Longer walk to Duval. We rented electric golf carts. Facility had charging capabilities. Pool was small but warm. We stayed in suite 3. The flooring was not properly installed and there were gaps on the floor between the planks. Lots of dings and scrapes on the walls. The beds are hard and very noisy. There is no way to roll over or get out of bed without waking your partner. We had kids above us and it sounded like elephants at 6am. Not ideal after a night out. This place has a lot of potential but needs some work.

We were all very happy with the beds, the location and the very warm pool. We were happy to learn that the single beds could be put together for all king size beds. The accommodations were perfect for our party of 8. We were within walking distance of much that Key West has to offer. We would highly recommend this spot!

Property was very clean, had everything we needed. The condo layout was perfect for two families.

This property was spacious and comfortable for a big group. The beds were all very hard and uncomfortable which is why I wouldn’t stay here again.

The condo layout was great. The extra 1/2 bath was a bonus. Nice outdoor seating area on the second floor. Pool was a bit small but clean. The biggest drawback was the noise from the outside staircase - people clomping up and down. And we could hear people from the second floor walking and other activities.

We loved staying here! It was so clean and perfect for our crew. Close enough to all the fun but far enough away to be quiet. We all enjoyed our stay. They only thing I would make a note of is there is no washer or dryer in the room. It took me a minute to find it, but once I did it worked great!

Right in the middle of the key allowed 30 minute max walking times to anywhere. Everything was clean and working. Communication with the office was quick and friendly. All 4 couples in our party were pleased. Would recommend.

We had an amazing visit. The pool was great, all rooms were fantastic, kitchen amd bathrooms as well. We will definitely be back.
