Yes, the host was very attentive. They had a miscommunication with the cleaning crew prior to our arrival. Once we identified the problem, they were right on it. They apologized and we worked through everything to our satisfaction. I would definitely come back. Thanks.

My three sisters and myself stayed here in January. The condo was wonderful and spacious. We each had our own bed and bath. Note, it is a two story condo with separate entrances. Both units were clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The property was lovely, the pools were beautiful, and the grotto was to die for. Highly recommend! The owner, Cynthia, was great to communicate with, very responsive. I left an important and private book behind and she reassured me she would keep it safe and return it to me asap. Appreciated her understanding and help! Would definately stay here again if I am ever back in the Keys.

Was alright little different set up was pretty much two appartemts on top of eachother But okay for few days not a luxury long time accommodation but as we only slept there pretty much it was sufficient

Everyone enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Host was great anytime we had a question she got right back to us. For us was a great location to the things we were doing.

Liked the two areas. We liked that amenities such as laundry detergent, paper towels, sheets etc were included. Host was very nice.

Overall this property provided what we needed for our stay in Key Largo. The communication was great, Cynthia went above and beyond during our stay. The unit was clean and well stocked and the listing provides an accurate description. However, we did not realize the maximum number of vehicles per unit is 2 period. Normally that may not have been an issue, but we were here for our daughter’s wedding so we had 4 adult couples staying in the 4 bedroom condo. The bride and groom stayed with us the first 2 nights. The other two couples were the grooms parents and our son/girlfriend. We had family arriving the second day and wanted to throw a bbq. We only had 6 additional people, but that meant 3 additional cars. Cynthia was able to get an exception for 1 additional car and we really appreciated it, but it meant the other two couples had to park across the street and walk across the highway to get in. If it had been a busy time of the year, we could have understood the reasoning, but we were literally the only ones in our area the whole week. Many times when we would return we had to wait 3-5 minutes for the security guard to return and let us in.Also, the pool, hottub, and grill close at dusk, so depending on when you are there, you can’t even grill for dinner. Fortunately sunset was at 7:20 this week so we were able to make it work. The pool area is amazing and we were the only ones in it most times. Overall our stay was very nice and would recommend.

Very spacious unit. We were very centralized to all locations in the area. Owners were very responsive and courteous throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Great living conditions. Loved the 2 separate entrances-worked perfect for our family. Pools and hot tubs were fabulous. Grills on site for family bbq was perfect. Game room on site was a lot of fun! Owners had fabulous communication. Wish we had beach access with swimming, but playa largo resort across the street was amazing! Front gate staff wasn’t the nicest and we got stuck at the gate waiting to be let it too often.

If you have a large group and want to take advantage of on-site amenities, this may be a good fit for you. Host is very responsive throughout. It is conveniently located to some great restaurants and souvenir shopping.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Ohana Cay. With a family of 10, the adults enjoyed the upstairs unit where we all gathered as a family to eat…and the kids slept in the downstairs area.The Mariners Club has a lot of amenities and the most beautiful pool area. We even grilled dinner at the pool. The Club is located in a great area to easily visit the other islands.Cynthia was awesome and responsive to our questions and helped me with something I left on site.

Great place to stay! Worked well for us with the upstairs/downstairs set up. Pools were nice! Parking was, meh. Only one spot in front. Guest parking wasnt terribly far. Couple spots by the tennis court are close but fill up quick. Definitely not a trip ruiner by any means, just plan on hoofun it about a block if you have more than 2 vehicles. All inside the 24 hour secured community though. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great location, great pool, comfortable beds

Very helpful hosts and a great location. The pool was excellent and is where we and the kids spent most of our trip. The host reached out after we checked out as we forgot an article of clothing and offered to mail it back to us which was very kind.

Family of 8 with a toddler vacation. Clean, well equipped property! Pool was large and perfect for a toddler with a shallow walk in.

We had a fabulous week in the Keys at Ohana Cay. The kitchen was well equipped and the living/bedroom layout was perfect for our party of 6. All was very clean. The pools and the whole resort were beautiful. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay and highly recommend Ohana Cay! They have thought of everything from hangers and hampers to beach towels and beach toys. The pools are amazing and the gated community made us feel extra safe with our children (3, 12 & 14). Fair pricing, great accommodations and easy access to so many activities. We spent our time diving with Sea Dwellers which is a quick drive down the road. Lots of great places to eat close by!

Bottom unit had a musty smell to it that came home with us on all our cloths. Listing photos showed a beautiful view of the pool and ocean but we didn’t read the full description stating there was absolutely no view and you had to walk to the pool. So the photos were misleading but the wording was clear. Decent place for the price. Wouldn’t go back.

Great location close to many great restaurants and attractions Everyone loved the pools and the property overall. Spacious and clean!

The unit was in need of repairs, specifically the refrigerator. It also had mold in one of the bathrooms and the lower level smelled musty.We did enjoy our stay and it suited our needs.

My sister and I took my niece and nephew and a friend here for our annual trip. This was perfect for our group. We had a bedroom for each, and it has a nice large gathering area for meals and hanging out upstairs. Plenty to do in the area and great restaurants. Cynthia was very responsive.

We traveled to the Keys for a wedding and these accommodations were perfect for our family. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had before arriving. The property is beautiful and I would highly recommend.

We were in Key Largo for four-day REEF Fest. We wanted a place large enough to hold our group of family and friends so we could spend time together outside of the event's scheduled activities. The condo was a short drive to all the event activities, making everything easy and convenient.

Always love to stay at Mariner's Club! Condo's clean and well maintained. Communication was excellent with Cynthia. Excellent location.
