Stayed Feb 24, 2025The property is a quick uber/lift ride away from the center of the night life scene. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a ride. It offered us a clean and comfortable oasis to take a break from the action. The pool is heated and there is a nice deck to sit on and enjoy the peace and quiet. This property is located very close to the Navy Base so be prepared to hear all of the daily announcements made on the base PA system. Also you will get to enjoy 7:55am First Call To Colors followed by Reveille at 8:00am. I'm sure that you would also hear Retreat at sunset but we were never around at that time.There is also a nice little Moose lodge across the street if your a member.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Descently appointed but very tight for 7 people in kitchen, dining and living area. It is comfortable for 4 people maybe young children The interior was tired. No window covering on the front door so passers by could look right into the unit. Most annoying during ourb7 night stay were the security light abovebthe bedroom windows shing in the blinds in both larger bedrooms; this is a big reason notbto stay here! I asked several times to shut them off...lighting overkill.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025Place was great. Location was convenient, beds were comfy — pool was heated and relaxing. If I had to suggest improvements — I would say a better layout of furniture in living room and upgrade of cooking utensils. I would definitely stay here again!

It was well appointed, nice view over the water!! -the only thing I would say was the living/dining area had way too much furniture for the room so it was hard to move around. and there were no blinds on the entry door for privacy which was a little weird. We were not given any check out instructions but we always keep our rentals clean. would return there and would recommend

Clean, well maintained. Nice location, great view of the bay. Feedback from others was accurate. Front door could use blinds/shade. You can look into unit. Walls are very thin. You could hear your neighbors upstairs and next door as if they were sitting in your unit.
