Stayed Jul 11, 2025Amenities are plentyful and nice (pool, gym, ping pong, basketball, volleyball, putt putt golf, grills and picnic tables, and golf course. The location of the property is fabulous. Located near plenty of shopping, dinning, and entertainment. The accommodations have dated decor 90s/2000s but in great shape, comfortable, spacious, and incredibly clean.We had an excellent time and could have stayed a few extra days happily.

Stayed Nov 25, 2022Our family of 9 recently spent a long weekend in 2 adjoining condos at Green Springs. The condos were clean and comfortable if somewhat blandly decorated. The property itself was very well cared for and the kids (ages 20 months through 10 years) loved the indoor pool. All in all, the weekend stay was a success but the check in process at the beginning was a nightmare. There were only 2 check in clerks there to deal with a long line of people waiting to check in and for some reason each person took a ridiculously long time to check in. The whole thing took forever! Worst of all, once we were checked in, we were sent across the room to get our “ welcome gifts” which was a tricky way to try to get us to sign up to waste our time listening to a timeshare presentation. Lo and behold, as soon as we told the smarmy woman that we weren’t at all interested, she literally turned her back on us and the “ welcome gifts” disappeared. Sadly, I saw another man hoodwink an elderly woman into agreeing to attend a timeshare presentation and even to give them a $40 check to “hold her place”. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969All was adequate in the rental. It was a 2 condo lock off as listed, but on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. I do not recommend it for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. We used the outdoor pool after sightseeing. It was crowded but fine. There is no lifeguard and children were supposed to be supervised by an adult. There was at least 1 child who was there with a woman who was holding a baby and 2 others, so she was not really supervising. She was not the child’s mother. I would not rent this again due to the stairs and the fact that it is part of a time share complex. There was a push to attend a timeshare presentation. We had to tell them no thank you repeatedly. That is not what I expect when renting with VRBO.
