Great for families

Great location to the beach, house was well equipped and pleased with the cleanliness. Highly recommend this rental.

Great condo for our multigenerational family. The house had everything we were looking for in terms of location and amenities. The spacious, light-filled great room/kitchen was a wonderful area to gather together, yet there was also plenty of private deck space for quiet reading time. Good communication with owner who was upfront and proactive with a concern that was satisfactorily resolved. Wonderful week!

Check in super easy. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Owner was in touch. We stayed here for 4 weeks in July. Had an amazing time. Lots of chairs in storage. Everything you could need in kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Friendly neighbors. Bike rental 2 blocks away. Beach is lovely. Sunset deck on 4th of July was amazing.

We had an awesome 2 days in this beautiful condo! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay here just perfect. Beach was so close and enjoyed our time sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again! Carol

Wonderful stay. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed induction stove top. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Covered decks were appreciated and allowed for relaxing on deck. Outside shower and private off street parking. Clean, beach tags, and nice quiet location. Owner great with communication and pointed out all ammenities. Was a short stay, but all had fun.

This was a great get away for me and my friends. Bob was very helpful in checking in and taking recommendations on what to adjust for the next renters. The neighbors downstairs were very nice and helpful as well.The location of the house was perfect for us, as we were just a block from the beach and very close to restaurants.I would highly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to possible rentals down the line here again

Great location with walking distance to end of boardwalk without the noise!

Great location, easy process, property could have been cleaner.

This was our third year staying here. Bob is communicative and we always have the best time. The location is perfect- away from the craziness of the boardwalk but walkable to ice cream, parks, amazing sandwiches (shout out sandwich bar), doughnuts, and the best surf shop on the island. The house is perfect for our needs with a comfortable living space, plenty of beds, and nice open kitchen. We will be back!

Perfect house for our family of 4! Everyone had their own room with enough privacy and enough living area to enjoy family time, too! Awesome decks and roof access-perfect for watching the sun set! And perfect location!!

Great apartment—terrific location, layout and amenities. We especially loved the three outdoor porches, the ocean breeze, and proximity to the beach. Our 3 yr old grandson loved the bunk beds! And the weather was outstanding! Thank you so much!

This property was lovely ? it was close to the beach and rooms were all great sizes. It’s also with in a couple blocks from Hoys, mini golf, Dots pastry shop, and a playground! Worked well for younger kiddos!

We had an amazing time. The property was in a great location, close to beach and far enough away from boardwalk and noise. House was clean and had all the amenities needed. Owner was great to work with. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back again!

Perfect spot close enough to boardwalk entrance to be walkable and still provide a quieter neighborhood. Owner was very responsive with an issue with quick resolution!
