3rd Floor Same As Garage Walkover! NO Elevator Wait! Free Beach Chairs!

This Condo has the perfect location!! I loved we parked at the same level at 3rd floor where the condo is located, no needed elevators ? The comunication was perfect! Cynthia was very kind and nice with us, she answered every text.

Clean, location, amenities plentiful. Good communication with owner.

Condo was lovely and our host answered every question quickly. We had everything we needed and would stay here again. I just have to convince my husband!

The property is ocean front, the host was pleasant and attentive to our needs.

We loved staying here. The place eas clean. The decor was beachy. The view was awesome Just sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean! Cynthia was great. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed We definitely will be back! O

A friend and I booked a very quick getaway and Cynthia helped us make the absolute most of it! She is flexible, easy to communicate with, and so helpful. The condo is bright and cheery, offers a beautiful view, and is steps away from the skyway bridge. We keep coming back to Emerald Beach due to location and value, and Cynthia’s place takes the cake. Thank you for making our trip perfect!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, right on the 3rd floor, close to all the amenities the resort has to offer. The property manager is wonderful, so easy to communicate with! The bed is so comfortable and the room is stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. This is our new favorite property!

We had a nice time. We’re not around here so when tropical/ hurricane came about we decided to leave for home. It was sad but our life is more important. We missed out 4 more days. The owner checked up with us when we got home and she is going to let us makeup our loss days. We appreciated her doing this even thou she didn’t half to. Very niece condo and Cynthia is very sweet.

We had a very nice time. The condo is as described in the listing and VERY, VERY clean. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with from the time we started considering this condo, to booking it, and throughout our entire stay. I do think it’s important to mention that while the listing says no elevator wait, if you have anyone in your group that uses a wheelchair, like we did, then you will have to use multiple elevators to get around the building especially when parking isn’t available on the third floor. This wasn’t a huge deal, and we would stay here again, but I think it’s important to make note of this.

Our stay was great the only complaint was it was very noisy at night and first thing in the morning. The room is close to bar and singing so that couldn't be helped. all in all, great. Thank You .

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. The condo was the perfect size for me and my wife. The bedroom was much larger than most one bedroom condos that we have rented over the years. Communication with Cynthia was easy, pleasant and she always quickly responded. We had a small plumbing issue our first day and Cynthia had the issue corrected right away. The view from the balcony, living room and kitchen is beautiful. We were thrilled that Cynthia had a bar high table and chairs on the balcony. It was very nice having beach chairs and umbrella provided not to mention the chairs were very comfortable. Thank you, Cynthia, for sharing your condo with us. We had a great, relaxing week in Panama City Beach.

We loved staying at this condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious. The ocean view was stunning. Stayed here with our 3 small children, and they really enjoyed the kids pool! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
