3rd Floor!! Parking Level! Avoid the Elevators!!

The condo was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. The amenities were wonderful and we enjoyed being on the third floor so close to everything. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was very nice. Curtains were dirty on the inside next to window but other then that it was clean. I loved that we could either use elevator or take stairs if there was a lot of people waiting. I do wish that it could be unforced that you could have a reserved parking space on your floor you were staying in. Sometimes would have to park 5 floors higher then are room and then had to wait for an elevator. I was under the impression from the website that you would be able to park on same floor as your condo which was not always the case. But overall the condo and activities are great!

Very enjoyable stay! Loved being able to go right from the parking deck to the room and avoid crowded elevators. Only minor issues with condo, trash can in kitchen is a step down to open but did not work, and tub in guest bath on right took forever to drain. Floors were a little dirty and a half eaten cookie was found under couch, but overall it was clean. Would stay again and definitely recommend for families of all ages!

Great location amd family friendly. However, Floors were dirty and crawling babies were filthy within 10 minutes. Had to buy supplies and clean floors myself. Vacuum tank was full Whem we got there. Likely the carpets were dirty as well.

We were a little disappointed the outside pools and lazy river were not heated. We visited in mid October so it was cooler. Other guests had the same opinion. Other than that it is a beautiful resort! The resort was clean however our condo needed to have a deep cleaning. The end tables ect. Very dusty and under furniture but everything else was clean. We are already planning our next visit!

Reviewer Comments: The ONLY negative about the amenities of this property is that there are no adult pool umbrellas (there's umbrellas for the picnic tables). The adult pool has a very loud, continuous noise from the exhaust fan for the new kitchen/bar. It is located within driving distance to Gulf Shores and Hwy 59. It was very easy to check in and out. The location of our room was close to the bank of elevators, however, we never heard any noise. Our room was nice and clean but needs updating from imitation marble to stone countertops in the bathrooms. Also, the hair dryer provided is powerful but the heating element does not work: no warm/hot air.

Oasis is a great one stop shopping for a family beach trip! Our kids loved the lazy river and water slide. Easy access to the beach, a quality cafe and bar, and plenty of good restaurants nearby made it great. Condo was super clean and really large. Had everything we needed! The only downside of this entire property (not just our room) is that there is no cell service. Neither Verizon or ATT worked. Seems to be some sort of interference within the building. Forced us to have to use the WiFi that was really weak on property. Not the end of the world (esp if you want to escape and have a quiet vacation) but made it hard to work remotely for a day of our trip. We will be back though!

No seaweed at all! Parking deck as promised goes up so you don’t have to catch an elevator while you are unloading your cars (which was wonderful). Parking deck is pretty narrow if you have a larger car, keep that in mind. Also, if you are dependent on cell service, we have AT&T and had spotty signal unless we were on the balcony. Wi-Fi in the room was average and worked fine. Beds are average for a rental and could be upgraded cause they are more than a little squeaky, but regardless, we would absolutely stay here again!

Also not impressed with the lack of free floats for the lazy river. Floors werent clean when we got there, shower curtains with mold and dust all in living room

I’ve stayed at this resort a few times before and this was the first time as The Oasis. The upgrades are nice. Staying on a lower level and being able to use the stairs is the key to staying at such a large complex. This condo was comfortable. The beds are squeaky and could use an upgrade but that’s with every condo. Living room was very comfortable. Nice set up and space for family time.

The location is great, on the 3rd floor, 3 large bedrooms with bathrooms, plus an additional full bath! From the balcony you can overlook the gulf waters and you have a view of the lazy river, splash pad, pool and the adult pool. Easy and convenient to the elevator and amenities. This condo is flanked by smaller beach houses, unlike the other condo/hotels which allow you to relax in a less crowded area. We will definitely do this again.

The condo was clean upon arrival and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable. It was an easy booking, easy check-in, and easy check-out. I will be booking again!
