We look forward to having you as our next guest at Promenade Condominiums in unit #303.
This is our second time staying in this condo and we loved both visits! The space is cozy and welcoming and the view can't be beat!
Had a wonderful time! The view was amazing!
Beautiful area, clean condo, would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time…condo was super clean and the view and location was top notch. Just a short walk to most things. We could have used an extra fan because it did get up to 80 degrees in the condo in the afternoons. Overall we would recommend this condo and would definitely return.
Yes, we celebrated 34 years of marriage and yes, it was over the 4th of July. But this incredibly well located and wonderfully appointed apartment would have made a simply dreamy stay at almost any other time of the year! Centered on the Seaside beach, this lovely hideaway offered a splendid view of the ever-changing surf conditions, beach activities, and of course - the west-coast-famous fireworks show! The deck overlooks the 1.5mi long promenade, so we regularly strolled, biked and jogged along this circa 1920's route. In fact, we hardly ever used our car (with dedicated parking spots) - easily walking to amazing coffee (Controversial or Seaside Coffee Roasters), wonderful restaurant options (Nonni's Bistro, Mas Savory, Grizzly Tuna), live-music and drinks (Seaside Brewing Co, Bistro Restaurant & Bar). Want to take a break from activities, mother nature or the nightlife? This wonderfully appointed apartment has everything you need for a small family from beach towels, laundry and kitchenware - to books, games and puzzles. And once tired from all the strolling, beach activities or people-watching with the amazing view from the porch, you can unwind in the master bath jacuzzi! Lastly, Lisa was a tremendously responsive host, helping us with any question we had, and making checkout a breeze! Thank you Lisa, Madi and Sharon for making this one of the most memorable vacations we've had in years!
This place was incredible. Perfect location, awesome views that are more beautiful in person. Out of all the scenic homes I’ve stayed in, this condo was the best. It felt like home.
This was our second stay in this condo and this time was just as great, if not better, than the first. You can't beat the location, views or comfort. I honestly can't recommend this more.
My husband and I spent three nights here and it was glorious! The views are amazing, the location couldn't be more convenient, and the space itself was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here over the long weekend. It has a good view of the coast and Tillamook Head (when it's not foggy) and close to shops/restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, cozy, and quiet. And the view OMG - mind-blowing. We'll certainly stay there again.
Owners /property manager were very accommodating. Suggest getting the blind on the patio door fixed...was hard to play limbo everything you wanted to go in or out.
The condo itself (fireplace, laundry, 2 baths, full equipped kitchen, etc etc etc!!!!), view, location - absolutely amazing. We love Seaside. And after staying here, we love it even more. I think my husband may have been tired of hearing of how much I love it (but that's only because he loved it just as much!) The only thing that I can say that is even remotely not positive (and it's VERY remote), the hot water heater doesn't quite fill the jet tub fully. But, if that's the worst thing that can be said about this unit...OMG., stay here if you can.
The place is as advertised wonderful. Only ashort walk to all the main restaurants and businesses. Unit was clean and well appointed. Will definitely be back next year.
Great location. Amazing view. Easy walk to main street.
Great stay, perfect view, comfortable stay!
Prime location, great view
First time on the Oregon Coast. Spent 2 weeks staying in different areas. This condo was our favorite. Beautiful view. Super clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Management was friendly and very helpful. Definitely going back again.
Everything we needed was provided in this unit. Very clean (which we don’t find too often) and comfortable!
Great condo with a wonderful view of the ocean and excellent location!
1.Small kids staying directly above. Ran(not walk)from 8am to 11pm. Favorite thing was to drag the table chairs from one end of the condo to the other. 2.Noisy fridge.
This place was overall a good place to stay. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star review is that my partner injured his foot there and they didn't have a first aid kit. I had to run to Safeway to get him some band aids and cleaning solution for his injury.
Clean and inviting condo. Easy process. All necessaties provided. Bed was comfortable.
Our party of 3 spent a fantastic week here for spring break. Our 10 year old stayed comfortably on the pull-out couch bed. The fireplace was so nice on the colder days. Loved this place, it had everything we needed, even beach towels. Loved the amazing view of the beach, ocean, and promenade. Location is perfect to walk to the Seaside touristy shops and restaurants. There's also a grocery store close by. We had a mix of March rain, foggy mist, and clear skies with sunshine. We brought our waterproof shoes, layers, and rain jackets. The washer and dryer in the unit were great so we could pack light and wash clothes mid-week. We played on the beach, found sand dollars walking northward, and walked the promenade. We visited Cape Meares lighthouse, Tillamook Creamery, Cannon Beach & Haystack Rock tide pools, Astoria, Portland, and Multnomah Falls. You can also buy a beach fire & s'mores kit nearby, but we didn't get around to it. Only complaint--the people above us had a child that made a lot of noise, luckily not at night though. :)
