Guest room sheets are piling and need to be replaced. Overall was a beautiful stay. Clean. Super close to parking lot and short elevator ride.

Location on 3rd floor was perfect as we found the elevator to be quite busy as there are 30+ floors. The amenities were excellent with a bar grill, adult area pool, kids pools, lazy river. We rented chairs on the beach for the week which worked out great. We will be planning our next year's vacation within a week. Also, getting into and out of unit was simple. I'd highly recommend this unit and the Oasis.

This condo was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. Was very clean. You could smell the cleaning products the moment you arrived. Some may like that but as a mother of a special needs child with extra needs, having a clean environment is important. Everyone was comfortable and the level and location was perfect. Definitely a favorite stay and we will be back!

I loved being on the third floor. Phoenix Rentals checked with me to make sure everything was working. Overall, I would definitely rent this condo again! We had a great time!

The unit was well equipped, had both a keurig and coffee maker, extra bar area with ice machine, nice washer/dryer, plenty of beds (no bunks) and a beautiful beach view from the balcony. Loved the bar height chairs on the balcony.. very relaxing. The only small thing, which we find in alot of condos, is the cell phone reception in back bedrooms was poor. Location is convenient to restaurants and Wal Mart Market and Publix. An overall great stay! We have already booked again for a girlfriend vacation!

They were doing huge outside renovations when we rented but this did not detract from our stay.

We were unaware of the construction going (new pool, restaurant, etc.) on just below until a few weeks prior, but the additional pool will be nice! However, the lack of grills available during the construction was a downside. We also had our wagon stolen outside of our door, so you may want to consider bringing them in. The theft is our fault as we left it outside the condo so we didn’t track sand throughout... Lesson learned, but not a fault of the owner! Overall great condo and would consider returning in the future.

Only negative was the tile floors in the unit could use a good cleaning. Also the property should have some kind of recycling on site.
