3rd Floor Incredible Location-Wifi-2 BR/2 BA Loft Sleeps 8

The condo was really nice. Plenty of space and clean. The only thing that I j didn’t like about the place. My son is in a wheelchair. He is handicapped. He can’t go to the beach so he likes to sit at the pool, but he could not go to the pool because it was not wheelchair accessible. some of the parking places like the one we had for our condo was kind of hard to park because of being really close to other vehicles and the concrete peers holding the condo up. other than that, we will be trying to stay at this place again. Hopefully when we come back, they will have a ramp at the pool.

My family and I had a wonderful time at our unit in Orange Beach. It was clean and convenient to all the places we like to go. Loved sitting on the balcony and we had a good beach view. Easy walk to the beach from the unit and having an elevator was a plus! I have no bad reviews on this place just couldn’t get our TV sound to work in the living room. Other than that, we had a great time and would love to book here again.

We had a great visit. The only downfall was having to travel 20 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys.

We were in for a baseball tournament for a week. This place was very convenient to all of the fields that we played, the beach, restaurants, and arcades. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family. At the end of the long hot days, is was a very nice place to cool off and relax. This was our first time using VRBO and the owner was very prompt in answering all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family rents this condo every year because it's wonderful. I love that it's a smaller complex so the beach is not crowded. Close to shopping, and convienent to the pier for fishing. Owner is responsive and very pleasant to work, should the need arise. Highly recommend.

The unit was very clean and tidy. Was surprised to have a very decent selection of cookware to use. Location was perfect and the walk to the beach was shirt and easy. My family of 5 slept comfortably we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This place will not disappoint you! The view is amazing and beach access is literally just a stones throw away. Amazing balcony that did allow for quiet time in the morning and at night. Did I mention the beds were so comfortable! We will definitely stay here again, if available, when we go back to the beach. Perfect for a week long family get away. My friend loved the fact it has an elevator too.

Everything was great. The only thing I had a problem with was the bathtub wasn't cleaned very good. It was sand all in the bottom of it. I had to clean it before we could use it.

From 50 to 13, we all enjoyed our time here. Very comfortable and clean

All arrangements were great. Condo totally furnished and nice. Location excellent. Only downside elevator unusable for 6 weeks. Hauling groceries etc to 3rd floor somewhat strenuous. Host did say it would be having maintenance. Pool had sign Closed entire time we were there. Cable tv on website. No cable just streaming with indoor antenna getting 1 local station

Property was as described and there was plenty of room for our family. The location was great and you could see, feel and hear the ocean from the balcony. I would recommend and would stay again.

It was very close to the beach access. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Over all everything was great. The condo needs more lighting and the lamps in the bedrooms need bulbs to be replaced. Otherwise, It was great for the price. We would stay there again.

The property was clean, peaceful,safe it was worth the stay , I will be revisiting this property again, everything was really nice.only thing, the loft could use some curtains and the bathroom could use more than one roll of tissue but all in all it was wonderful

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Sat on balcony with clear view of the beach. It was a very short walk to get there. Elevator came in very handy with small children and aging adults. Very clean had everything we needed. Perfect home away from home. Great that we were within walking distance of many stores including dollar general and Wal mart only about 5 minutes away. The only draw back I could see which was not a game changer is that we had to go to another location to pick up and drop off key. Would have been nice to just have code to unlock a box and get key out. But we will most definitely be back. Thank you for the great vacation

The location was perfect, close enough that it was easy to walk with kids in tow. Condo complex was quiet and easy to find.

Wonderful stay at Seascape! We traveled with 4 adults and 3 children. Proximity to the beach was great! The complex is small and individual homes are in front so we didn't have any large crowds to contend with. Parking is small but plenty of room for a large SUV and a CRV. Kitchen also has everything you need and if you forget something grocery stores are just down the street. Souvenir shop is within walking distance! Overall, we loved our stay and hope to be back in years to come!

Everything shown on the website for this property is accurate. Spacious condo close to the beach was large enough for our family of eight. The kids loved the loft and the outdoor pool at night. The walk to the beach was a little further than I had in mind, the beach access is on the other side of the building, it took us about five minutes to walk from the room to the sand. The condo next to ours has a large outdoor pool area and they played loud music almost constantly, sometimes until the early morning hours. We could hear the music playing while trying to sleep. Would definitely stay here again, just bringing ear plugs next time.
