Great location and beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean has the potential to be a 5 star with a few minor repairs like ceiling water stain a peeling paint in living area. All in all pretty nice place.

We recently stayed at this condo and overall it was an okay experience. The location was convenient and the condo had the basics we needed for our stay. While some areas could use a little updating/extra attention, it worked fine for a short trip. Loved being so close to the beach. Communication was good, and we appreciated having a comfortable place to stay!

This rental worked out well for my wife and I who just wanted an overnight at the beach while we were in the Charleston area. Isle of Palms is a very high-end vacation spot, but this particular property is starting to show signs of age. The unit itself was meticulously maintained and very clean, but was smaller than we expected – – not that that was a problem for an overnight – – think of it as a small hotel suite with a kitchenette. The property manager was very easy to work with and did their best to accommodate an early check-in even though it was a busy memorial weekend. The property has great access to the beach and lovely fishing pier. The community pool is a little bit small for the number of people that were using it on this exceptionally hot Memorial Day weekend.

Host messaged from their email vs. through VRBO so was a little confusing on receiving the check-in instructions. Beautiful place, management company was quick at informing us of the HOA's gate code change. Would book again!!

We loved the location. Loved that there is a private pier. The pool was very cold so kids didn’t really get to use it. Communication was lacking. We waited until 4:00 like it states online but when we arrived it was still being cleaned. We weren’t able to get in until 5. The code that was emailed for the pool/beach gate was not correct, another guest told us the accurate code. I emailed asking about the code, as no one reached out to me. The bunk beds worked for the kids, they are very small, don’t think an adult would be comfortable. We had four people total in our group (staying 5 nights) and only provided three rolls (very thin) toilet paper, two dishwasher pods, three garbage bags. Seems pretty stingy. Small space but it worked for us. We really liked the couch. Plenty of blankets. It was very cozy. I would recommend.

Great view of the ocean. The screen door to the balcony was difficult to open and close. This is a very small unit, works well for two people. No elevator. Can walk to nearby restaurants.

Awesome beach view, plenty of places to eat, family friendly.

The wall in living room had damage behind the couch. Ceiling in living room had water damage.

Great place to stay with kids!

Great beach view, keep in mind across a parking lot. We were third floor so didn’t mind. Very nice place! The stairs were challenging with luggage but good exercise! Had everything we needed!

Place was nice, location great, but dog barking the entire night so zero sleep.

Condo was spotless. Bunk beds are smaller than twins. Bedroom ceiling fan was not aligned correctly which made it loud. All in all nice condo. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. We had good communication as to the check in process. The ocean view was wonderful from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and the pool. It was very comfortable.

The view from balcony was splendid. The kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed a quiet few days in the clean and cozy space.

This was a perfect spot for our quick trip to the coast. IOP was beautiful, our view perfect. Within walking distance to a 5 star restaurant! Perfect.

The location is fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and it was easly accessible. Within walking distance to food and shops was great. The padio was a good place to chill and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. However, we were not happy with the furniture in the house. The couch was stained up and the cushions sunk to even with or below the frame. It was horrible. The chair was not any more comfortable. It also had stains on it. The TV in the living room was messed up. Sitting in the house and taking a beeak to relax was not very relaxing at all. The bed is really hard and not comfortable. The plastic shower curtain lining was dirty and had soap scum on it. There are cuts in the wall behind the couch. That was very confusing. Location, AMAZING! This unit really meeds some TLC. We came here to enjoy the beach and have some much needed down time. It was not worth the price we paid.

Cute condo, beachy theme but not overdone. Comfy bed, plenty of towels. Love the beachside location & private pier.Wi-fi was out for maybe 12hrs, no big deal.Freezer needs attention.

This was a great condo for two people wanting a view, pool and easy beach access. The property met our needs. I definitely strengthened my legs climbing the stairs! The only challenge was getting my luggage up and down the stairs, but I only had to do that on arrival and departure. I would stay here again. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

This was perfect for me and my Mom! It was so clean and the view from the balcony was wonderful! It would be perfect for a family of 4 with younger children, has nice bunk beds in the hall

You get what you pay for with this property. First, a few pros. Location is unbeatable in Isle of Palms. Beach is just steps away and the pool facilities are pretty good. If you want an inexpensive beach getaway, you won’t find much cheaper beachfront properties. It is also 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. However, there are several cons. Property provides no beach towels or other beach amenities. Despite the claimed 2023 renovations, the property already feels dated with wear and tear shown throughout the condo. The bunk beds really aren’t comfortable and are only there for aesthetics, although a pull out couch is also available. Condo complex itself is also incredibly old and it is very easy to hear neighbors walking outside the condo at night. However, the place was clean when we arrived. Overall, not a bad place to stay on a budget, but given lack of amenities and dated decor, you realize why the price is cheaper than comparable rentals.

10/10 — Highly recommend this one! It was perfect our family of 4. The close proximity to the beach, pool, restaurants/shops was great. The views from the balcony were amazing. We already want to book here again next year.

Loved this location- the large balcony was so nice to sit at with an amazing view of the ocean. The space is smaller but it works. It was clean and had a decent amount of kitchen utensils. Would appreciate some smarter use of space for luggage (luggage rack in bedroom closet, shelves in hallway closet) and could use some hooks for towels and swimsuits on the balcony. I also would recommend providing beach towels for the guests. It seemed silly to purchase them only to have to leave them (didn’t fit in our luggage) which I’m sure happens often.

We really enjoyed 328B. Everything was exactly as described. The unit is very clean. Communication with the property manager was extremely easy. We would stay here again.

going to a concert at Windjammer, this property provided us great location, parking and an awesome place to stay. Condo is just as advertised. While the bunks are small, just as advertised our 6'3 inch son stayed on the bottom bunk and had no issues at all. Check-in and out were made easy by the realty company's communications. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The views from our 3rd floor were awesome and the Condo was newly renovated and well decorated. The bed was comfortable, towels thick and we were able to walk to dinner. However, there is no elevator.

Nice place.. needs a little attention freezer didn't work a few pickets on the balcony needs to be attached and shower needs attention. but awesome view. enjoyed our time... nothing was a deal breaker would stay again

This was so convenient and ideal for our family with young kids. The kids loved the hallway bunks and it was quiet and peaceful. It was a breeze walking to and from the beach and pier. We loved it!
