3rd Floor Beachfront Condo with a Fantastic view of the Gulf —Sleeps 2.

This adorable studio was just perfect for our sister weekend! Upon arrival, we first noticed how clean and fresh smelling it was. The condo was efficiently decorated and equipped. The ocean views were fabulous and the beach access was just right. We were slightly concerned that we wouldn’t be able to heat up the pizza we brought since there isn’t an oven, but then we found the toaster oven and the problem was solved! Would definitely stay here again!!

This is our second stay here. The condo was very clean and well kept and nicely decorated. Great views. The owner and the front desk had suggestions for places to go and places to eat. There were even binoculars available for watching things from the balcony. The East end is very quiet and peaceful. It has direct access to the beach.

The property was as advertised, clean and ready for us to enjoy. All instructions were sent early so logging into WiFi was a breeze.

My wife and I had a great weekend getaway here. The beach access and friendly staff were a welcome change of pace from past stays at other locations. Great view down the beach, very clean room and had all the amenities we needed. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on Galveston Island! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and romantic getaway. The space was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked. It felt private and peaceful—perfect for unwinding. Whether enjoying quiet mornings with a cup of coffee or cozy evenings in, this condo was the ideal setting. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's property. It was exactly as described and then some. It was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway for two. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean views! It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but a very reasonable drive to enjoy the restaurants and sites. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Lisa is a great host! We had to go home for an emergency. When I informed her we were back she even offered us a late check out! I would stay there again.

The location on the beach is perfect! The condo was very clean and perfect for the two of us!

Great location. Fully stocked. Bed is too high, commode too low, and area rugs trip risk can be challenges for senior citizens.

Weekend getaway that we wish would of been longer.

Every once in a while, something exceeds your expectations, and 311 did just that. I will do this again.

Aside from ridiculous fee amounts (which might have nothing to do with condo owner) this condo was perfect for my daughter and I. I absolutely love this property. Loved waking up to the ocean every morning of our week stay. Very responsive owner when issues arose!
