Stayed Jun 26, 2023The condo was the perfect last minute getaway for my husband and I. We've stayed at Reflections before and we've never been disappointed however I believe this was our favorite condo thus far! It was perfectly clean and well stocked. We LOVED it!

Stayed May 10, 2023Kitchen faucet busted, no hot water. Patio door was unable to use, had to go through the bedroom to get out on to patio. Arrived late on May 10th, stayed up late to relax on patio. Next morning, I am having coffee on the patio, I walk back in and there is a man painting the bedroom wall! I screamed. My husband was still sleeping! He stated that he was told the unit was empty, when he walked in why didn't he just walk out again? He said it would only take him 5 minutes to finish. We where very angry about this. Also, I cleaned up the paint he left on the floor!
