The balcony his huge and the views are amazing.

Two grandmas and a seven year old … this was an amazing vacation. Enough room for everyone!!! Those who travel with grandmas will understand.

Last year, we rented a different condo at Las Palomas for springbreak with our teenage granddaughters and their two friends -- and we barely saw them for four days. This time, we rented this unit to encourage them being at the condo more with their friends. It worked! With a beautiful balcony/deck with a fire pit and views of both the sunrises and sunsets, a pool table and lots of space, we saw lots more of them over the four days we were in Rocky Point.

Stay was perfect and everything we were looking for our family. We enjoyed the space and the pool table.

Overall, we had a great stay in this amazing penthouse. The space was very comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment for our stay. However, we did notice a few areas that could use some attention. There were cracks in the walls, and the ceiling in the master bedroom appeared to have some structural issues around the light fixture. Additionally, there were several lightbulbs that needed to be replaced, and the firepit could use some maintenance or replacement. These issues are minor and easily fixable, but addressing them would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests. Despite these small concerns, the incredible views and sunsets from the penthouse overshadowed any inconveniences. I would gladly rent this property again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit and for providing us with lasting memories.

Overall it was a great condo with an enormous balcony and the views are amazing. We had plenty of room to play corn hole on the balcony. Everything was in working order. Will definitely be back.

We would love to return when it’s not as warm there. Unit had amazing views of the ocean .

For over half the stay we had no water. I’ve been in communication with the owner. He said I need to request half of my bill be refunded thru you and he will approve it.

We had an excellent time staying at this property. My husband and I wanted to take my parents to Rocky Point for their first time, and we wanted to be sure they had a great time! Mission accomplished. They were wow-ed with the incredible views from this condo!! Las Palomas as a resort is nice- they do a really good job keeping the grounds clean. The condo itself is very well sized. There is a master, a large second bedroom, and also a lock-off bedroom. Master and large second bedroom both open up to the MASSIVE main deck, and lock -off has its own deck. All have expansive views of the ocean. All bedrooms have brand new king size beds which are very comfortable. There are some previous reviews about beds not being up to par, and that issue has been handled very well. Everything we used worked just fine, although I admit we did not try the grill or firepit so I cannot comment on those things. For a group of 4, this condo gave plenty of room to spread out. My husband unfortunately had to work one of the days we were there, but he just used the lock off room as a makeshift office and The internet was fast enough for him to have uninterrupted meetings on his VPN. There have been some comments about this condo needing some TLC, and honestly I would have to disagree. There are signs of sun damage on the outdoor cabinets, but I would expect this on a big outdoor patio that is in direct sunlight most of the time. Inside, everything is very nice! What a great trip!! We will be back :)
