Guest access
- You will receive a code for the gate that will also get you into the 4th floor corridor door in Building 3. Once in the unit you will find 3 key fobs. Those fobs, if you would like to use them instead of the code, will work for the gate, corridor door, pool gates, gym, etc. Key Fobs MUST BE RETURNED to the Key rack inside the unit upon checkout. There will be a $100 charge for any key fob not returned or lost.

- Parking: The best place to park for building 3 is either the spaces along the road between building 1 and building 3 (which are the first spaces you see when you come around the corner after the clubhouse) or the TOP floor of the parking garage, as close to the parking garage entrance as possible. All parking spaces are open to everyone. There is not specific resident or guest parking.

Other things to note
Condo is on the 4th floor (top) of building. Stairs are required. *No Elevator is in the building!*
