3BR/3BA - Beachfront - Tower 2 5th Floor

This is a wonderful, beachy, condo! The decor is beautiful and it was very clean. The view of the ocean is Amazing. Highly recommend a stay at Majestic Cottage!

The condo was clean, well decorated and updated. Unlike most condos, it had a good supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc. The resort was not overly crowded when we went (mid-Sept) so elevators were easy to obtain. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay in this unit again!

We loved Edgewater!!! The condo was super nice and clean. We never had to wait on elevators. The property was awesome and the kids never got bored. We had so much fun and will definitely be back next year!

Wayne is wonderful to work with, and the condo is one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in! It’s beautiful and comfortable and our family had a terrific stay! We’re already looking at dates to return!

Condo was very clean and beautiful! They provide an extra fan for the master as it doesn’t cool off as much as the rest of the condo. I am hot natured so we did use our extra fan at night we brought. Loved the condo, location and pool! Would def stay here again!!!

We loved our stay. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. We were able to communicate with the property manager easily when needed and he was quick to respond. Our boys especially loved the bunk room. Great host and beautiful condo!

We had a great time at PCB in the Magestic Edgewater condo. The beachfront location, heated pool outside tower 2, and family-friendly environment made our trip a memorable one.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, comfortable and decorated well. Each bedroom had an attached bathroom. The amenities at Edgewater were perfect for our two teen daughters and husband who likes to stay active. Not sure if we’ll return to Panama again, but if we do we’d definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as described. Clean and well furnished. Close to lots of restaurants and other attractions. Manager easy to communicate with. Responds in a timely manner. Highly recommend condo and would definitely stay again.

Wayne’s condo was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated, clean, included high end appliances and kitchen items, and comfortable furniture. We felt very much at home!! So much so that my husband and I booked a hotel down the street for our wedding night (to escape grandma and the kids!) and we ended up back at the condo!! Wayne provided everything you could need including cooking items, starter laundry/bath/dish items, extra blankets, a fan, and 4 beach chairs. I really liked that there were plugs on the nightstand for multiple electronics at one time. The resort was fantastic! Oceans bar and grill was wonderful. Our kiddos loved the heated pool, the hot tubs, and even braved the non-heated lagoon pool in January! Wayne was extremely prompt with responding to any questions I had throughout the stay. Next time we visit PCB, we will definitely be booking this condo!! Thank you, Wayne!

Would definitely recommend this condo. Very clean, great location. No complaints whatsoever!

We loved our stay in Panama City! This place had everything we needed; lots of room for our family of 5, beach chairs for the beach, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view of the beach. Our host was wonderful and super responsive, gave detailed information and made checking in a breeze. Loved that there was multiple pools, our family chose to utilize the one closest to the room as it was less busy most days. Would definitely visit again!

Best rental process and property I’ve ever booked over the last 8 years of staying at the Edgewater Resort! Beautiful condo with ALL the comforts of home! Clean, comfortable and gorgeous! My family will definitely rent this condo again for our future stays!

The condo was spacious, spotless and well maintained, perfect for our weeks stay in PCB! The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was perfect. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to questions even prior to our stay. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beachfront condo. The communication from the start to finish was incredible. He was so attentive and responded very quickly via text or via chat. The condo is absolutely breathtaking. Kitchen has plenty of amenities. Bedrooms are all spacious and accommodating. Mattress was wonderful. everything that we needed for a beach vacation. Would not hesitate to book here again. Condo was perfect, just for sitting on the balcony and watching the waves, relaxing in the family room, and hanging out with family and friends. Super close to the stairs, Bridgeway to the golf resort side, and all the pools .
