Harbour Cove is one of the Multi-Family communities in Barefoot Resort and Golf. The units are referred to as Resort Villas. An optional garage is available that would be needed if you wanted to rent a golf cart during your stay. The community pool is open seasonally from April to Oct and may vary with the weather conditions.The words peaceful and quiet describe the vibe at Harbour Cove, and yet it is close to Barefoot Landing and many other attractions in NMB!

Our first floor unit allows a No Stairs or Elevator Wait experience with easy access to the manicured lawn off the enclosed patio. This is a great place for your morning coffee or tea or perhaps a beverage of your choice in the evening.

We resided here for 2+ years and updated the flooring to LVP to make it easy for allergens to be swept away and clean. The Kitchen counters have also been updated and made it more Open Concept so that the folks in the kitchen can be involved with the activities in the Living Room. We have also added some other little touches to maximize the space and make it feel like a home away from home.

Primary Bedroom is huge and has a King bed and two walk-in closets. Primary Bathroom has dual sinks, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Secondary Bedroom is almost as big as the Primary which also has a King Bed. The Secondary Full Bath is just off the hallway with the linen closet close by.

The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and is also a flex space which could serve nicely as a separate living area or workspace.

The eat-in kitchen features quartz countertops, a new coastal inspired backsplash, and a well-equipped kitchen to handle most cooking and baking tasks. The countertop around the sinks is wide open to the Living room to keep the conversations going. The pantry has lots of storage for your dry goods. The Full size Laundry is located conveniently just off the kitchen.

The Living room has a queen sleeper sofa if needed for overnight visitors. The Smart TV is perfect for watching Movies, Sports, and your favorite Streaming Series. There is also a collection of Board Games in the cabinet.

For longer term stays, the price may be discounted even more.

For stays longer than 30 nights, the mailbox in the mail center is available. Outdoor grills are available by the pool - charcoal only.
