I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location- comfort and clean condo everything you need. We were north, a bit away from everything, but still close enough to gro very and lots of restuarants. It was lush and green, the albatross are nesting, the condo was very relaxing abd great ambience. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Stayed Nov 30, 2025Our stay was ok. I wish though that the one bedroom that doesn’t have an AC would have an option to increase the speed of the ceiling fan. The ceiling fan only had 1 chain, and it was for the light. Also, we couldn’t get the tv in the living room to work. The remote allowed us to turn on the tv, but the screen was stuck on the language screen. We tried everything and we couldn’t change the screen. So we couldn’t watch tv in the living room.

Stayed Sep 29, 2025Pleasant, attractive condo in a location perfect for exploring the North Shore area of Kauai. We stayed for three nights, after five nights in Poipu. Beds were comfy, TV worked well, quiet complex. Would stay again and recommend to others.There were a few geckos inside the unit but that was the case 16 years ago when we stayed in Princeville as well. Some in our group loved the bonus wildlife.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Spacious layout, 3 very private bedrooms w private baths, well equipped kitchen, very nice pool & hot tub, big lanai/terrace, great birds, good view of sunrise. Small view of the ocean in the distance & mountains. My only misgiving & it is personal is that Plantation is more densely built than other places we have stayed in Princeville.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025The condo was as advertised. Our reservation was seamless as always. The condo location was perfect for walking to the local shopping center for food and supplies, as well as walking to the beach. The owner supplied several useful items in the garage, such as an ice chest, beach chairs and an umbrella. There was extra sheets and beach towels as well. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space. Overall I was very pleased with our 10 day stay.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to plenty of activities for a family. The only constructive feedback I have is the furniture is dated and there were some dirty dishes left in the cupboards, but the property manager was responsive when we updated them. We would definitely return!
