Things to Remember:

Off-Season Notice: The community pool is temporarily closed during the off-season and will reopen for the seasonal operating period, subject to The Grand's management and operations.

Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces labeled 181 and 182.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy a spacious 12th-floor penthouse with dramatic two-story ceilings, a private veranda with beautiful bay and sunset views, ocean views from the primary bedroom, and a modern kitchen with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. You will also have access to The Grand's private beach, beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, BBQ area, and seasonal Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service.

Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations. ​​​​​​​

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
