Crimson on the Gulf #301 - Beautiful and completely updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront condo in popular Crimson On The Gulf Condos is ready for you to start making vacation memories! This ideal retreat will be your home away from home, where everything is here to start your get-away. Crimson #301 is 1,400 square feet and beautifully is designed retreat starts in the bright and open kitchen, with plenty of granite counter space, newer kitchen appliances and bar seating for up to four people. Free Wifi. Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The living room has a dining table that can seat up to 8 and a large leather sectional adjacent to the private balcony which offers some of the best views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage, cocktail or a nice glass of wine while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets.

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with king sized bed, television and access to the balcony. The spacious second guestroom has two full size beds and television. Third bedroom, with a full size bed, is off the foyer, providing extra privacy. This is a perfect unit for couples or families. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Washer and dryer are also provided for this unit. Please note this is a non-smoking home.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Naturally 301 Crimson is steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities and hot tub are here as well.

Another sought after attraction John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve rented crimson 301 for the last 35 years. It is a family get together for children and grandchildren during July 4th week and the week after. My children have grown up visiting this property and now my grandchildren are growing up at this property. We started using the location the second year Crimson was built. It’s a special place for my family with lifetime memories. Location is perfect for John’s Pass within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. My only concern is rising cost which I hope will be addressed in the future so other young families can afford the experience that my family has enjoyed over the years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nicely decorated however there were some really bad issues about this unit. The guest room bed sinks in the middle. In the morning they could barely walk because of the backache. The room did not have a drape on the window so light came in all night. The back bedroom has a glass block wall. The sun shines in all day making the room unbearable with the heat. The window needs a blackout shade to keep the sun out. We bought a fan to try to help cool the room. The kitchen is not very well equipped. It looks like everything that someone would throw away, is what is in there. NO K-cup coffee maker. The toaster is broken. The bread falls to the bottom. You have to turn the toaster on the side to get the bread out. There wasn't any non-stick skillets, steak knives or a vegetable peeler! SunHost is a great management company. After complaining about the problems within the hour, they brought skillets, knives and a vegetable peeler. They would have brought a mattress if they could have! Everyone at the front desk is nice and helpful. This is not a Luxury Condo at all. We have never paid this much money for so little Luxury. These owners should look at unit 203 to see what Luxury is! They really should be refunding some money, Mattresses do not cost that much money.I will stay with SunHost again, but not in that unit!We don't live like this and don't expect to live like this on vacation.This is not the first complaint about the mattress. The owner needs to get the problems corrected.

Of the three condos we rented at Madeira this was clearly the best. I was worried about the view in Crimson Condos #301 being limited/obstructed but it was not. The condo was clean, updated and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Hats off to the owners for keeping such a nice place. My adult daughter stayed in the front smaller bedroom and was very comfortable. The AC was bump’n, that is not always the case in a beach front condo. Right across from Johns Pass but at the same time private and uncrowded beach. Again thank you to the owners for allowing us the privilege to stay in your home. It was an absolute pleasure. FIVE STARS FOR THIS CONDO! BEST CONDO AT MADEIRA BEACH!(5 adults and 1 child stayed August 2023)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach access was excellent as well as to John’s Pass. Building and pool well maintained. The unit was very nice except for the furnishings. Mattresses were not very comfortable and one of the doubles crunched when sat on. Balcony furniture was a joke. A stand up desk and the cheapest plastic chairs I have ever seen were the furnishing. When you pay $3,200 for a week at the beach oceanfront I expect to have at the minimum some functional balcony furniture. The view is what it is all about. The dining table also had cheap chairs one of which was broken. Very uncomfortable. There was only one small skillet so we couldn’t even make a hot breakfast. I would not recommend this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time at Crimson condo on Madeira. We’ve stayed at Crimson a couple times before and always have had clean nice condos. We had 5 ppl staying and the 3 bed/2 bath was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped....just plan on purchasing or bringing your own paper products which did seem odd to me not to have that there. Having a washer and dryer is extremely important to me and was happy to have a working set. Beds were comfy. Condo appeared clean. Will definitely be back again someday. Thanks to all at Sunhost for doing a great job!
