3BR Gulf Front Condo | Sleeps 8

Well stocked condo that was very comfortable. It could use a good cleansing.Ceiling fans, dusting, the door really needs painting, it is extremely dirty.

The view, the condo was very nice, beach was great. Location to eating, golf, and shopping was excellent. But we found out the afternoon we checked in that the clothes washer didn’t work. This was discovered by housekeeping cleaning the condo before we checked in. That is not the main reason we rent a condo but its one of them. I text the property manage as to when it would be repaired they didn’t know, after a day or so of not hearing I text again still didn’t know. Probably the next day heard from them that maintenance needed a part and it was ordered. I’m not sure how they knew it needed a part we didn’t see or hear from maintenance to let them in to look at it, or why it took 3 or 4 days to find that out from the property manager. So for the entire stay we had no way of washing clothes and towels. Very inconvenient

Reviewer Comments: My family came down to rest and relax and to enjoy each others company.The location of the condo was perfect for everything we wanted to do...whether that was relax on the beach or go do activities in town.The lay out of the condo worked well for us.The property management team was excellent in answering any and all questions I had and responded in a very timely manner.Would definitely stay here again! I would suggest taking your own pillows as theirs were very thin and did not sleep that great....very minor detail to an overall great experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Within 2 hours of arriving at the condo we experienced a power outage resulting in no a/c and lights . The worst of all my granddaughter and family was stranded on the crowded ,hot elevator and had to be rescued threw the roof by the fire department , and then up another ladder to the next floor , emerging upset and greasy . Thank you fire department . This exposed my family to danger. They were terrified . Many others had to be rescued through the day .We reported being stranded 14 floors up and no one helped . It seems the elevators have been problematic in the past . For the rest of our stay we had to climb up and down 12 flights of stairs . This was difficult for 7 year old and 70 year olds . This caused us to alter our plans . Hefting belongings and groceries up 12 flights was difficult . The condo was very nice and clean .The beaches were nice and clean with white sand . I do not recommend staying at Crystal shores west unless you plan on no elevator , This exposed my family to dangerous !

This was our first time in Gulf Shores. We were in town for the Sand In My Boots Festival (formerly Hangout Fest). The location was great, an easy 1 mile walk to the festival area. Condo was spacious and nice for our group with a large balcony. Washer and dryer were a plus! Convenient parking. Communication with the host was great. Would stay here again.

The condo had a closet full of games and puzzles which was great for rainy days as well as the game room and indoor pool.

1st I wanted to say how pleased we were with the booking, the size of the unit, and the quality of the stay. We made the booking in about 10 minutes during a peak upcoming Labor Day weekend. We secured our reservation, and we were set. We confirmed a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom beach condo roomy enough for (5) people. The condo was spotless, and the place was well stocked for 8 people. It was by far the best location and most memorable beach vacation we have experienced. The bedrooms were spacious and the wrap around balcony was huge. Everything that this condo advertised was accurate. Consequently, the parking was located under the building, and the elevators worked like clockwork the whole time of our stay. The views from the balcony we will never forget, absolutely great panoramic views. 2nd, the only complaint we had was the master bedroom mattress was very old and lumpy. Unfortunately, this bed was very uncomfortable. Other than this one issue, the condo met all of our needs. Yes, we will stay here again. By far our favorite condo in Gulf Shores.

What issues we did have were minimal or not their fault. Minor cleaning needed to be done first getting there. The condominium has 2 elevators and both barely worked at the same time in which we heard is a common thing at other places as well.
