3BR Destin condo with Gulf views, balcony, wet bar and sleeps 10

Loved our condo, everything was perfect! Beautiful balcony ocean view and saw dolphins a few times! Definitely coming back again. Thank you so much for everything!!

The view was amazing. We often saw dolphins playing in the morning. The condo was clean as well. Parking was nice because it was close the front door. However, the dryer does not work well, and I noticed previous renters complained about it as well (so it must have not been fixed). I called maintenance for help, and they said they would come the following day, but they never showed. The place is looking a bit run down as well. The couch is not comfortable. There is a giant crack in the master shower. And the towel bar pulled out of the middle bathroom. The elevator broke down during our stay and we had to walk the 18 flight of stairs (thankfully not on the day we had to move out). All that being said, it is a beautiful beach and we still had a good time. It would just be nice if the price of the condo was more reflected in the accommodations or that more things were fixed (or at least maintenance responded).

Never again, I reported 2xs that the maintenance man said the middle bedroom had an electrical issue. Couldn’t turn on lights or TV without flickering. I’d spend extra to stay another place. The view is beautiful from balcony…only good thing

Check in was very smooth. We always enjoy staying at Jade East. It has the best view and is always clean and the beds were wonderful.

The condo was just as advertised, clean, easy to get into, gated parking and close to shops, activities and restaurants.

Pros: Great location, beautiful Oceanside view. Parking was easy. Easy access to beach and pool! Easy access to room! Kitchen was equipped. Love that each room had a bathroom! Cons: the master bedroom restroom clogged up and was leaking the very first night and it wasn’t fixed until the 3rd day. The back burner on the stove didn’t work. And there were small roaches in the kitchen that would come out at night.I also rented condo 1850 with scenic stays and there were no issues in that condo. Not sure if they use a different cleaning service but there was a difference between the cleanliness between them.

The property was okay, but could be made even better with a few simple updates. The couch is incredibly uncomfortable, stiff, and dated. Replace missing lightbulbs in the bedrooms, put batteries in the clock, and PLEASE provide some oven mitts! Also might be time to spray for bugs, as a few made an appearance in the kitchen, and one of the tv’s in the guest rooms had no cable, streaming, nothing. My husband went to Walmart and bought a Roku stick to plug in so the kids could watch tv before bed. I reported all of these things, so Scenic Stays is aware. On a separate note, you should inform your guests ahead of time exactly what’s allowed and not allowed to be used on the beach. That information is helpful in planning and packing, and it could even determine whether or not someone chooses to book a stay here. For reference, no tents or lounge chairs are allowed on the beach at all, not even behind the rentals. You may only bring an umbrella on a pole and regular chairs, but these must not upstage the rentals. The view and the area were all perfect, though, and we all stayed cool and relatively comfortable while there.

We wre on the 18th floor and you could not beat the view.It was clean and comfortable which helped make our vacation for relaxing. Having a private beach was the best. I would diffently stay here again.

We needed a place to stay in Hansville to celebrate a friend's retirement. We really lucked out finding this lovely place so close to the event. Perfect for two couples. Plenty of space. Beautiful neighborhood and gorgeous sunsets.

The dryer takes running 3 times to dry clothes, there are no hot pads to take trays out of the oven, and the air conditioner would not cool below 74. Josh Turner was great he changed a light bulb and got us the correct colored bands, our text said to use purple but the ones in the condo were red. But the view and cleanliness was great. What ruined the trip was my daughter getting her car towed from Chick Filet after being told by senic stays to park our 3rd car there because we could only have 2 parking passes. It cost us $225 and huge inconvenience to get her car back. I was told I would be reimbursed but I assume it will take 5-7 business days to post to my account because I have not received it yet.

We had a minor issue with the guest who was there before us. He came back hours later, stormed in looking for things he had left behind. This was quite unsettling with a baby there. We had collected those items and had them in a box in the hallway and notified Scenic Stays a couple of hours before.

Decent place to stay with great view. Sofa needs to be replaced as it is worn out and bowed making it almost unusable.

There were elevator issues during the stay that resulted in inconvenience and unnecessary delays. Staying on the 19th floor was too much for the elevators to not be working properly. There was no reason we couldn’t check in before 4pm as well too.
