Host was communicative. Checked in with me a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The attention to the Friends decor was awesome. I really enjoyed looking at everything and finding the little details.

I’m a HUGE “friends” fan so this Condo caught my attention! I Absolutely Loved how it was decorated! My son & grandson arrived first and my 12 year old grandson ran around the condo showing me everything when i arrived. Its a Extremely Great place to stay. It has 2 king size beds on main floor with a very nice balcony. Upstairs was great for my daughter & her family. With 2 queen beds in one room & a loft with living room furniture. The kids loved the room. It was Great location to stay! There is a river that runs behind condo.. we enjoyed walking a minute behind Us to enjoy it. Our family loved skipping rocks on the water & watching men fly fishing. Its Within minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of dishes & i have never seen anyone stock as much essential items you may need .. washing liquid & extra things for kitchen. I have a bad back & 2 knee replacements. I was worried about climbing the stairs to get up to the condo. It wasn’t bad at all. I just took my time. Not that many .. We All loved this condo and location!!

It was a tremendously fun place to stay. The decorations are wonderful.

This stay was perfect for our family of 5, including three kids. We had plenty of room to stretch out and make ourselves comfortable. Location was close to all of the amenities we were looking for. The property instructions and manager were super well organized and responsive. I would highly recommend!

What an adorable place, loved the FRIENDS theme & we enjoyed it

It appears the property had not been used for a while and had not been recently cleaned. There were dead wasps on the floor in three rooms but we did not have any problems with live wasps. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The older teens got a kick out of the Friends theme.

The condo was well equipped and we had a wonderful time!We would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was home away from home, maybe even better because we had family to enjoy.The One was spotless. Even my socks remained clean after a walk on the floors. Amazing! Thank you! Milton

The condo is super cute. All Friends fans will love. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Brenda does great job in commumucating all the informstion needed to access the complex and the unit. She even sent a text making sure everything was going okay. Would definitely stay hete again when we come back to Branson.

The condo was perfect. It was extremely clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and not too far from the strip. Pointe Royale was nice and quiet and we were close to Lake Taneycomo. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect!

The communication is amazing! You get a text if you need anything. I can’t even begin to go into details on all the Friends finds in the condo. (I won’t spoil it for you). They have gone into great detail on everything. The beds are amazing! We did not even realize how close we had been to the water. You can see the lake from the patio. We will definitely book again

First of all the property is decorated so very cute! Everything was as listed! Clean, comfortable, everything we needed! Perfect if you have young people that like to have their own space, the upstairs loft area is fantastic. We took my mother-in-law and she had her own space with her own bathroom and bedroom! The coffee is to die for

This property was well beyond our expectations. It was exactly as described, but honestly even better because the attention to detail was amazing. We had the best time here. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The beds were very comfortable and the screened-in porch was a family favorite. We only had one minor issue that we noticed upon arrival with the hose to the portable air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom. Brenda had reached out to us the next morning to check on us and we mentioned the hose issue to her at that time - she immediately had it repaired within a few hours...and this was on a Sunday/Father's Day! Never did we expect this to be repaired so quickly. I only mention this minor issue to highlight Brenda's care and attentiveness to her guests. (side note: it was very cool and comfortable in the upstairs bedroom) We were beyond impressed with our stay and hope to make it back there again soon!

Just what we were needing! And we loved getting to watch several Friends episodes on a super rainy day in a Friends themed condo! It was a really cool touch! We loved all the attention to detail.
