3BR Condo in Sunny Isles Beach

It was a beautiful condo with an easy, quick walk to the beach. Our only comment would be that more living room seating is needed (we had six people and there was a couch and armchair) and maybe some chairs and a table on the balcony.

Very clean, had everything we needed and Daniel the manager was always available! He was great and answered all our questions.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Daniel’s condo. It was spacious and very close to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee maker, kettle and plenty of pots and dishes. There were beach chairs and umbrellas as well as beach towels. Daniel was a very responsive host. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Sunny Isles.

Great location and accommodations

It was a descent place to stay in Miami. Property manager was great.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt that this was one I wanted to leave. Everything was as it seemed on the pictures, the property was clean and well cared for and the staff was very nice and helpful. Daniel was so prompt in communication and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking

Enjoyed this very convenient apartment stay in Sunny Isles. Comfortable and clean unit, a bit dated but suited our needs. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, houses of worship. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. On site fitness facility was appreciated but in need of maintenance and updated equipment.

Better than the pictures! Very close to beach, Walgreens, McDonalds for kids and other fun restaurants. We were there for Taylor Swift and it was a straight shot to Hard Rock stadium via Uber.

Clean and beautiful!

it was a good stay, but it was not a 3 bedroom apt as was listed. It was a 2 bedroom and a den without windows.

The condo was as described and more. Daniel was a great host and the service at the building is A1. We will be there soon

Had a great stay at Daniel’s condo. Great communication, easy check in process. The cond was clean and well cared for and was a fantastic fit for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach, grocery store, etc. quick drive to South beach and other local attractions.

This was our first time staying in Sunny Isle and we loved it. Daniel was wonderful, he was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The location was very convenient to the beach and our aging family who we were visiting a short drive away.

Host was extremely respnsive. Enjoyed our stay!
