The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private balcony and a master bath with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. There is a shower in the 2nd bath. This oceanfront condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer, living area with TV, and an oceanfront balcony with outdoor furniture. The dining area has a table and chairs plus an ocean view. The full kitchen has all of your basic cookware, utensils, plates, etc. There is a Keurig coffee maker (that can make both a single cup or a whole pot of coffee), blender, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

Pets are not allowed by guests. This is a non-smoking property. Motorcycles are allowed but must park in the overflow parking lot across the street. 2 parking passes provided. Families only. No student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.
