3bed/2bath Beachfront Condo on Longboat Key!

This property gets an A++ on so many levels. Tastefully updated, very well stocked, comfortable beds, nice towels and linens, incredible view. We also enjoyed the covered parking and tiki hut that stored our beach chairs. However, half way into our booking when the complete gut of a condo on the floor below us began, everything changed. While we only had to vacate a handful of times, on those days we could hear the jack hammering all the way into the ocean. We also had no idea on any day for 2 weeks whether it would be a noisy day again, making it difficult to work remotely. We feel that this inconvenience should be born by the owners, not by the tenants. We were given no warning. There were other properties we could have rented. Did the owners know? They should have this information. The rental agent had been helpful until this point. His response to our construction concerns was that he could do nothing. And understand that this building has only 45 units and the noise strangely echoed throughout most of it. Would hesitate to rent again which is a shame because it was that nice.

Beautifully decorated. Just as described on VRBO. Pictures can't do justice to the quality of everything in the condo. From the moment we walked in it was home. Beginning at the front door to the beds living room, amazing bedrooms, perfect showers, linens and down comforters, nice pillows, breathtaking views. Great showers. Best kitchen I seen in a VRBO stacked with everything you could imagine. If there was anything missing I would be hard pressed to have one problem. Loved it.. You will toooooo ⁰

We stayed in March and had a lovely time. The condo had everything we needed and the location was great. Close to park and not to far from restaurants and the grocery store. The weather cooperated, so being right on the beach was great.

.Nice unit with great view. Everything needed (and then some) were provided. Clean and as pictured. Communications and response from host were excellent.
