3BD/2BA Condo with balcony Gulf view and just steps to the beach!

The only problem that we had was the two flights of steps that you had to climb to get to the condo. We are handicapped. Not crippled thank goodness but have many leg issues and guess I just didn’t read the part that we were on the second floor. Taking all of the luggage and the many things that we always carry for a beach trip took a lot for us. Thank goodness my son was there with his many children to help. The condo is very nice. Beds are great! Best sleep I’ve had in years. Pools were very nice and our beach view was wonderful! Kitchen was good. Table was plenty big for 7 to 8 or more people. Layout was good washer and dryer. Plenty of sheets and blankets.

Perfect especially for families. Kitchen was WELL stocked, which was very helpful for cooking meals. Love the view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay. We could see the ocean from our balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen pots, pans and other utensils. The condo was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Condo was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The condo was perfect. Just as advertised. The location was great. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable for my family. My only critique is that the water pressure was sporadically bad. I think that has more to do with the building itself and not necessarily the condo.

Quiet at night. Amenities were great. We loved using the bbq grill and fishing on the back dock. Kitchen accessories were great to use. Everything we needed without having to buy anything.

We had a wonderful time. Molly was wonderful and quick to answer any questions. The condo is just what we needed. There was room for kids to play and room for the adults to play their games. The balcony was a place you can get away for some alone time. Love that is right across from the ocean. We didn’t have to drive and find parking. Had to drive to restaurants but they were within 5-10 miles. You can watch the sunset from either the beach or the dock in the back.

We enjoyed the nice pool, the proximity to the beach and bay as well. Nice and clean and just as described.

Enjoyed the place and the convience of everything around us. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay. Beds were comfortable and view was beautiful.

Great location. Very short walk to beach. Located on the lagoon for great fishing.

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this Condo and again it was a great stay. It’s in a good location, has lots of room , has a nice view of the Gulf and Molly is a great host. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

The condo was really nice and had everything we needed to have a really great time. Molly was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. She was always quick to respond to anything I asked of her. The property is conveniently located between the Gulf and the little lagoon. So fishing in both spots was nice. We would definitely stay again in the future.
