3BD Condo in the Villages of South Walton

This is such a great area to stay in between Rosemary beach and Alys beach. Everything is in walking distance.

Beautiful property and very comfortable for our stay. I wish things like a few garbage bags, another roll of paper towel, and more TP would have been included. I never saw the email that said to bring these things along so we had to go out and buy them. Otherwise, we loved everything else and would stay there again.

Wow. Outstanding location and view on the fourth floor. Could see the water and watch the sunset in the evening. Spacious unit that was nicely furnished. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

The condo was in an excellent location. Top floor was great, that way we couldn’t hear people above us. Kitchen had great cookware and lots of dishes, cups and silverware. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

Location is fantastic to the beach and pool, along with restraunts. Communication with management was also fantastic - we had one very small issue with overhead lights, but they had someone out very quickly to fix the issue and were very responsive.

I stayed at this condo for a week-long family vacation. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous - we ate breakfast there every morning. The condo is very spacious, especially the master suite, and other bedrooms have closets and storage spaces. Although the village square was quite crowded during the day and in the evening, the quiet time was enforced from 10pm to 8am. Our host was very responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay.

Our family of five, youngest age was 10 years old had a great time. Clean, close to Main Street of Rosemary Beach. This condo has access to other beach which was crowded when weather was great. From the balcony you can hear the music in a Village, for us it was plus:)
