Clean condo, located close to everything. We had three generations in our party. The condo was great for all of us. The weather was great so we played games on the screened balcony. Everything you need was there!

This was our second time staying at this property. The condo is clean, close to the beach and shops, and the owner is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

House was exactly as advertised. House was close to numerous stores and within 15 minutes to several beaches and parks. Beach supplies available for use was a great addition. Host was very responsive to needs.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, as listed. You do have to get onto Rt. 1 to get to beach, etc., though the place is convenient to both Lewes and Rehoboth beaches and a block or so from many outlets.

People from all over came for a final send off for my sister. The first night many came to our place for dinner. Every one admitted that our place was the nicest place out of the dozen of places the out of towners had. 6 of us stayed at our place.It’ might be a good idea to let people know it is a second floor apartment with 16 steps. Several of our group were in their 80’s. But all managed.

Loved everything about this place - clean, easy to get to town and beach. Place is fully stocked, comfortable, quiet and decorated nicely. Process was one of best I've experienced with VRBO - host was proactively communicative before, during and after stay. Highly recommend!

What a great property. It was very clean and the most comfortable beds. We loved that the main bedroom is at one end of the condo and the other 2 bedrooms at the other end. It was nice having a screened in porch and plenty of parking.

We had no problems finding or entering the condo. Parking was easy and close by. Everything was super neat and clean. My children really enjoyed the pool and their own separate rooms. My husband and I loved that we had our own room and private area across the living room. Ino provided all the necessary housewares to cook any meals, a gate to keep our two year old safe, and even outlet plugs! We had only been there one day when our kids asked to come back next year! I especially loved the screened in porch and patio set. I sat outside every morning and had my coffee and read. The kids even enjoyed it when it rained they saw a turtle walking through. The condo is close to Walmart and grocery stores. The nice part is that it is set back so you barely notice the crazy traffic. Town and the beaches were about 2 miles or 5 minute drive away. Ino even had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon which came in super handy for our beach day. Overall, it was bittersweet to leave!! The condo was lovely and the community quiet. I would highly recommend, especially for those with families!!!
