Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Still needs repairs from hurricane last fall. Ice marker gave us about a glass full a day & hot tub and elevator was not working. I could also just a little tender loving care. But we made the best of it all.

Would stay again if everything was fixed. While I know many places are still recovering from the hurricane damage, it was discerning that the elevator was not working and we were not notified until 2weeks prior. Carrying luggage, groceries, and beach gear up and down steps is convenient. Hoping the pool area is completed soon.

The condo is very nice. It was very clean. Having bathrooms in all the bedrooms is so nice for everyone. Being next to Johns Pass is wonderful, lots to do and plenty of places to eat.The beach was amazing and beautiful. The pool area was not like the pictures. The metal fencing was not very nice. I understand about the hurricane, and my heart goes out to everyone who went through that. I can't imagine the clean up that took place. The pictures were a little misleading of the pool. The pool next door was shown in the pictures, making you think that was our pool.Three of the nights the pool and grills, were taken over by people who weren't even staying there. It looked like they invited everyone they knew to come over. The only other thing was , no beach towels were provided, Which may not be a big deal to some, But it would have been nice to know, so we could have brought some. Charge an extra fee if they come up missing. Also a keurig would have been nice to have. Besides those the minor things we had an amazing time. The sunsets every night were amazing. The view from the balcony was great. We saw dolphins a few times which was incredible! We found amazing seashells every day. We enjoyed being steps from the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here.

We love the availability of extra parking spots.

The condo was clean, furnished nicely. Amenities were updated. TV’s could use updated as some didn’t work. Also, showers could use updated as doors and fixtures were corroded and gritty in both master bedrooms, vanities were nice and spacious. There was an issue with one commode not being stable, how dr it was addressed promptly and we appreciated. Balcony provides an amazing view of the ocean. The location is great for shopping and dining. We recommend

Except this year, air conditioning unit had to be repaired twice but was done immediately. I had to clean One of the toilets that was dirty.The faucet in the tub is barely attached and it is leaking mold. It should be repaired since it may be leaking water behind the wall.

Kitchen was very well equipped. up to date decor, balcony furniture was comfortable. No complaints at all. Would definately stay in this condo again.

The.Crimson building is in a beautiful location off the beach with sunsets every day possible. Even though the weather January 2024 was cold, the condo was the perfect place to be comfortable to spend our time in Florida.
