CANCELLATION POLICY (regardless from which site you book)
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement. The remaining balance willbe due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

DESCRIPTION
This 3 bedroom/2.5bath fully furnished wonderful waterfront beach retreat with its spectacular views will never want to make you leave the beach. Located right on Mission Bay, this is the perfect home for up to 6 people. These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

1st LEVEL
On the main floor, you will find a beautiful open floor-plan featuring the living, dining and kitchen area with a spacious patio facing the water. You have wonderful bay views from each area of this floor. The ground level also offers a nice laundry room and a half bathroom, as well as the attached garage. You will love to cook in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It's stocked with everything you might possibly need.

2nd LEVEL
All bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and each has a balcony attached. The Master bedroom features a King bed, TV, comfortable seating and an en suite bathroom with a big tub/shower. The balcony is furnished and offers absolutely breathtaking bay views and beyond. The other two bedrooms each offer a queen bed with TV and closet.

Enjoy the luxury of TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, free WiFi, central heating, AC, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron & ironing board.

PARKING
The garage fits two small cars or one small SUV. It is 8' wide, 8' tall and 32' long.

LOCATION
The 1,500 sq-ft house is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE
Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 6 people.
For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

    We had a great time. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The distance to the bay can’t be beat. Our family had a great time playing in the sand, barbecuing in the yard and admiring the beautiful views. Our daughter really loved the SeaWorld fireworks on the weekend evenings. Highly recommend!

    The condo was nicely appointed, clean, and very comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was fully furnished although a few kitchen items needed replenishing. The property was centrally located to all that Mission Beach has to offer but quiet and peaceful. We walked both the bay walk and on the ocean side and enjoyed watching the rowing club practices across the bay. We had a car (not that big) that barely fit in the garage so we parked in the public parking on El Carmel instead. However, we walked to restaurants and the grocery store and reserved the car for sightseeing.

    We stayed at this amazing condo for a week with our two kids, ages 5 and 2. It was so wonderful to be right on the beach and to also have a little yard to let the kids play in. The property is centrally located with lots of fun things to do with kids within walking distance. The garage is small, but you can park a full size SUV in it if you are willing to crawl out the back :-)

    We loved this little beach condo. It had everything we needed but more time. :-). For future renters- a compact car is essential for using the garage. We will definitely be back!

    We loved staying here! Our kids played across the road at the beach from sunup to sundown and we were able to watch from the house and front garden. The bay side where this house sits is significantly more friendly to small children than the ocean side as a result they were able to wander between the house and beach on their own, grabbing snacks and using the bathroom. We had large swaths of the beach to ourselves most of the time. There’s a sweet little coffee shop to walk to nearby and beach chairs and beach toys in the garage. Garage was a bit tight for our SUV but we managed. Overall, had a wonderful time here and would definitely return.
