32nd-floor Rainey St condo with stunning lakeview balcony, rooftop pool & gym

Nice space/location. Cleaning could be improved along with repairs to some minor damage in the bathroom.

Wanted a spot for July 4th fireworks watching. Great spot for coupes, useful gym with cycling rooms. Nice rooftop pool, but busy. Unit itself very nice. Parking (valet only) was quick but pricy.

We loved our stay, the place it self was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. Very nice apartment!! I would recommend to my friends!

Stay was close to restaurants and bars. Pool was great!

Everything was great, but the linens and towels need to be refreshed.

If could give 4.5 stars, I would probably do that. There were a few minor things I didn't like about this property, but nothing that would justify knocking it down to a 4. So I'm giving it a 5. Let's get the negatives out of the way first: 1) A 33-story highrise needs more than three elevators. I get that they're expensive, particularly because they eat into square footage that could be used for residences. But it did seem that the elevator wait times were pretty long at times. Also, since you have to scan your keycard before you press the button for your floor, it can be a hassle when there are several people going up from the lobby at the same time - the logistics of maneuvering around people to swipe your card, or handing your card to the person next to the control panel, in a short period of time can be challenging. One time I got in the elevator at the same time as several other people, and because of the mad dash to swipe and press buttons, two people couldn't get their floors activated in time and had to ride all the way to the top! Seems that the system could at least be reprogrammed to allow any floor to be activated by any keycard, which could alleviate this problem somewhat. 2) No dresser - the bedrooms in this complex are pretty small, with no room for a dresser. This wasn't a big issue for me, as I only stayed two nights. But I could see it being a bigger problem for longer stays. Now for what I liked: 1) This property is immaculate, including the unit itself

The apartment was amazing! Clean with lots of natural sunlight! The views are amazing in the heart of down town Austin overlooking the river!!!

Loved our stay! We came to town to celebrate my birthday weekend and had a great time. Loved the scenic views and wished to have enjoyed the pool a bit more. The only downside was the cockroaches on the rooftop pool. It happened on night one of our stay so that was a bummer.

This place was absolutely perfect! Everything was as advertised. The check in process was simple and quick, the ameneties were all open and accessible, and the staff was super friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

Natiivo was even better than I expected! They were very communicative and even with a late evening arrival, check-in was smooth. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The wi-fi worked great and there were tons of channels to choose from on the tv. The unit we stayed in was a corner unit on the 32nd floor, the views were gorgeous anytime of day and we loved being just one flight of stairs away from the pool and club area. We used the yoga studio and gym, they had some good workout equipment. I also liked having a coffee shop/wine bar in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly...from other residents making small chat with my daughter and I in the elevators to the front desk staff. The location is great as well, you are close to the lake trail and close to Rainey Street. We used ride shares to get all over town and never seemed to cost us more than $10 as everything was so close. I would love to visit Austin again and will definitely stay here when I do.

This was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The views were absolutely stunning and the unit was amazing. My dogs and I hated to leave, but hoping to stay again.

Absolutely loved this rental! Great view and location. Go up top to see the bat bridge from the pool!
