Stayed Jun 19, 2021Spacious condo in a beautiful area with a second floor view of a private golf course with the ocean in the backdrop. Comfortable furniture inside and out with background noise of crashing waves when enjoying the patio. Located halfway between St Augustine and Daytona Beach making easy day trips to either location. Only drawbacks were the carpeted areas in unit could use either a thorough cleaning or replacement and the beach had large rocks at or near the water line making it difficult to safely enter the water any time other than low tide. Pools were a bit of a walk but Both were very well maintained. One pool (on the beach side) being the adult/lap pool and the second pool (across the street from the beach) being the family oriented pool with a kiddy play area and kiddie pool. Leave your pool toys and floats at home though as they are not allowed. Also, no coolers allowed at the pools, must purchase food and beverage from the local eatery/bar. Beach was beautiful with lots of room at low tide. Condo was sizable and spacious making it pleasant for our two families with small children to enjoy especially on rainy days with a nice couch, a large television in the living room and master suite including WIFI and cable television. Some great local eateries nearby in the local area and south to Flagler beach area. Also have to mention the A1A fish market, awesome locally sourced fish that we brought back to the room and cooked. Overall, very pleased with this vacation.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Great view, too cold to go to beach. Great spacious unit. Well appointed and host was patient with all my questions. Everyone felt at home. We did all the laundry snd left the place tidy. It was like home.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025The property was very spacious and clean. The owner was very accessible and helpful. The location was fairly close to the beachside pools, about a 5 minute walk. It was hot, so any refreshment we felt from the pool, was long gone before getting back to the condo. Would recommend driving, but parking may be a problem. Renting a cabana was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 1, 2025We had stayed 31 days in another unit, and it was wonderful. We had to move the last 10 days due to the first condo being rented to someone else. Our experience with the second condo was so disappointing. It smelled of mold the floor is weak and level. The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable and old.The furniture in the bedroom was very old, you didn’t even want to sit on. We even left a day early because we couldn’t stand it anymore. Our experience with the first condo was wonderful and the second was a more than disappointing.

We have been to Cinnamon Beach several times and my kids love the property because of the pool and quiet beach area! We aren’t fighting for beach space and can really relax. Stayed Jul 28, 2024to try it is to adopt it... the host is really perfect... our only negative point was the tropical storm which gave us 2 days of rain but for the rest, we couldn't ask for better.... the complex is ideal for families with the beach a 1 minute walk away and the 2 swimming pools,... everyone will find something for themselves

The space in this condo was amazing. Contact with the owner was awesome, 1 call and the problem at the gate was fixed. Security is top notch for this neighborhood. Easy beach access. We will definitely be staying here again!!
