Stayed Apr 15, 2023There were issues with this Condo, but the Rental Company’s Customer Service is AWESOME! I was surprised to find out that the owners of unit 501 were there before we arrived to leave a main stove burner in non working condition, dead plants and dirt all over the deck and many light bulbs missing or burnt out, but Key Rentals was more than willing to fix these minor issues. I failed to mention that initially we had another condo rented at first but there were water issues. Key Rentals found another condo for us or offered a refund we’ll past the refund time. Again……Customer Service cannot be beat!
