Resort Fee (Daily Charge per unit):

• Stays 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day plus applicable taxes (per unit)

• Stays 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day plus applicable taxes (per unit)

• Stays 30 nights or more: $30 per day plus applicable taxes (per unit)



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250 (per unit):

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected at check-in for each individual unit to cover any potential incidental charges or damages.

• This deposit is fully refunded within 3 to 5 business days after check-out, pending a clear inspection of the property. Processing times depend on your financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional per vehicle/unit):

• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day plus applicable taxes

• 8 days or more: $30 per day plus applicable taxes

• Monthly rate: $650 per month plus applicable taxes

• Stays 6 months or more: $480 per month plus applicable taxes

Please keep in mind that resort and valet fees must be paid using a credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted on-site.

The front desk places a temporary credit card authorization hold for incidentals on each unit at check-in, which drops off within 3 to 5 business days following your departure.
