Clean, modern, nicely decorated and stocked. The beach truly is only a 4 minute walk away. Great area, not as busy as Sea Side but close enough if you want to be in the mix you can be. Great restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream close by.

Great location. Enjoyed having the private beach access. It was a perk during the busy season. Would stay again.

This townhome was so nice and clean. Great location to everything. Communication with owner was outstanding. They always responded right away if I had any questions. Santa Rosa and surrounding area are beautiful. We will definitely be going back and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and clean. The only reason I rated it a 3 instead of a 5 is because they failed to inform us ahead of time that the master shower was leaking. The water leaked from the hanging light fixture above the kitchen counter. We quickly realized the issue after using the shower the first time and had to clean the water up from the counter and floor. The property manager was aware of the issue and stated that they were waiting until after our stay to fix it so that they didn’t interrupt us. I would have rather been informed of the issue ahead of time. They did reimburse me 10% of the rental cost for compensation.

I would definitely stay here again! The location is fantastic. Steps out the back door to the pool for the kids was super convenient and a short few minute walk to the beach. We loved the convenience of all the shops and restuarants. This location is also a 15-20 min drive to Bay Towne Wharf. Super close to most things on 30A. Despite it being the end of june and close to the 4th of july nothing was overly crowded. They actually have board games in the tv cabinet for rainy days, pool noodles beach chair and a small umbrella. The property was clean decor is cute,beds were comfortable. It would be nice if beach/pool towels were provided but we came prepared. We had a wonderful time!

The condo is complete with 2 incredibly comfortable King Size beds and a great 3rd floor loft with wonderful full size beds and television. Everything was perfect for our extended family to enjoy the beach, 30A area, and quality time together. The owners were very kind and responsive to all questions and request. Great location, amenities and dining options. Beach access was not an issue during our stay. I would add it was quite annoying to have a rental company setup chairs/umbrellas, unrented, all along the shoreline blocking prime oceanfront. We brought our own and were never able to setup front row. Not the fault of the rental but the association of Gulf Place. Overall, we had a great stay at a nice property.

The washer didn’t spin dry towels (they were impossible to wash). The tv was limited to Samsung, no network stations. Other than those 2 minor things, we enjoyed the townhouse and its location very much.

Close to everything, beach access grear ! TV issues and lack of appliances, but overall good experience

We loved our stay there for one of our friends weddings, the location was just a few minute walk to the beach, a lot of cool shops right around the corner, a great coffee/breakfast shop, some awesome restaurants across the street as well. Only thing I wish they had was some ice in the freezer but that was not a big deal but overall no complaints as far as the VRBO stay. Would definitely stay here again next time we are at Santa Rosa Beach.

Great property, great location, great price! My family has been coming to Gulf Place properties for 23 years and will continue to do so! This unit was perfect for my elderly parents and my husband, sister and I, to everything the area has to offer! We will definitely be coming back!

Good location in quiet area walking distance from Santa Rosa Beach. Access to three pools. Shopping and dining all withing walking distance.

Very clean and close to the beach. Unfortunately the umbrella and all of the boogie boards were broke, but other than that it was great!
