30A The Pointe 313 - Premier Pool & Courtyard Walk Out Unit! 4 Bikes Included!

The unit was clean and the location to to the beach was great. The smoke alarm went off at midnight our first night there. I called to property mgt company at 12:30. No one showed up until 4:30 the next day. They had to come back the following day because the one battery wasn't installed correctly and was beeping! The toaster did not work. There was no strainer for pasta. A few more dishwasher pods would be nice along with another roll of paper towels

Very cute condo, tastefully decorated and clean. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of towels noted in the bathrooms. Loved the ground floor location. Just a few steps away from the pool, hot tub, and out door fireplace. We will certainly stay here again.

Great condo and spacious for our family of 5! Biking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Big bad breakfast was a delicious on site restaurant for breakfast and lunch! Property manager was very responsive to the couple questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Overall we were very pleased with the cleanliness, layout and space provided by this unit. Being on the ground floor provided easy access to the pool area but it wasn’t too loud despite it being Spring Break. We also loved the short walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. Our only negative experiences were with The Pointe property itself and accuracy of the listing, as well as communication with the rental company. -The listing indicates the pool is heated year round but it definitely didn’t feel heated and another guest mentioned they spoke with the front desk person who told them they don’t heat it after March 31st (our stay began April 1st). The weather when we visited was in the high 60’s to low 70’s so it was generally too cold to enjoy the pool since it wasn’t heated. -The listing shows pictures of a rooftop lounge area. We were told this was not yet open for the season. -The listing indicates beach service is included, but it took multiple emails and texts to the property manager to find out how to book this service. Instructions were not included with our check in email or welcome packet as I would have expected. I learned it’s best to text them for a timely response.

My mom and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The check-in and out process was very easy. Communication was prompt. The pictures matched the space and the place was nicely maintained and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We did not cook but they provided plenty of utensils and cookware. The location was great and the complex was quiet. It’s a quick bike ride or walk to Main Street or 30Avenue. You have everything you need in less than a mile! The town is quaint and absolutely beautiful. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

We’ve been coming to 30A for last few years, and this was our best yet. The location was perfect and the condo is very spacious. We would absolutely stay again.
