30A Sunny Coastal Condo - Screened-In Porch with a Community Pool!

Convenient, clean and affordable. Here are some suggestions: spatula for the kitchen, trash chute in hallway, luggage rolling cart to be available near the elevator. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! Nice and clean, good location and close to Rosemary & Seaside. Also there is a Publix nearby in Watercolor.

The property was great. Very accommodating for our family. Great location. The property owners were great with communication! We had a small refrigerator leak and they were there same day to get it fixed. Would definitely stay with them again.

It was clean and the space was pretty nice. Would have been nice to have more than one trash bag and some hand soap and more than two rolls of toilet paper. Little things like that go a long way. It doesn’t cost much to provide that and if you don’t get that at the store when you get there because you don’t get to check in until 4 PM then you have to go again. I wouldn’t stay again just because I didn’t love it and it would be nice to be closer to the beach and not in a condominium unit.

This condo was a beautiful place to stay! Great access to beach, rooms were clean, the patio was perfect to relax, everyone we met was super friendly, and the management was easy to contact and responded quickly!

Great place - perfect location to walk to the beach

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was very nice, spacious, and clean. It was a short walk to the beach and in the perfect location for all things 30A. We look forward to visiting again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was in a good location, fairly close to beach access. The place itself is a bit outdated, a dirty washcloth was left in our shower and the trash can in the kitchen didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There is no cart to help load luggage up to the 4th floor, which was a bit of an bummer but the elevators were working ant check in so that was good. Overall the property itself was fine. However there is a neighbor who yelled at my kids 4 different times for no reason at all. The first time they were playing at the pool and she commented on how loud they were. And on the other 3 different occasions she told them there’s no running in the halls. I’m sorry but if you don’t want to live where other people rent their places to other people then you need to move. My kids can be wild I’ll admit but these weren’t those instances. They were just running to get to the elevators. And these were not at late times, these were during the day.It felt like she was waiting for our kids to be in the hallway to scream out at them. I would speak to your HOA about this woman because we won’t come back because of her.

This property was perfect for us. Everything was as listed. Perfect location. Short walk to the beach that even our young kids could handle. Easy check in/check out. The unit was clean. We will definitely rebook in the future.

The furniture was comfortable and made the place really feel like home. We had no issues during our stay, and Blue Swell was incredibly quick to respond the two times I contacted them. They even had the unit ready for check in a couple of hours early! We've stayed at the Highlands of Seagrove a few times, and this is our favorite unit, so far.
