We always stay in this community and absolutely love it. The condo was really clean and super cute. I was a little disappointed that it was pretty basic as far as having anything extra. There were no baggies, scissors, throw blankets, anything like that. The kitchen was fully stocked as far as tools you would need or pots/pans. The other ones we have stayed in had a few coffee pods to get you started before going to the store, some beach towels, a junk drawer with basic necessities, baggies etc. There was plenty of beach items in the garage which was nice. We loved the addition of the golf cart and 2 bikes.

Reviewer Comments: Our rental unit was clean and spacious, and though the development was packed to the max, once inside our condo we did not hear the noise from outside. I would stay at this unit again if I were basing my decision on the quality of the unit. However, the Prominence development is crammed way too full with condos. Each building holds three units, and the adjacent structures are barely more than two arm lengths from each other. It creates crowded streets and a very crowded (though spacious and attractive!) neighborhood pool. Also, it’s a bit of a challenge to find beach access. We rode bikes to the nearest access point, but it was far enough away that walking to and from the beach wasn’t an appealing option in the summer heat. The shops across the street from Prominence were fun. I would recommend this particular unit because of how nice it was, but I would want the renter to be aware of the beach access and overcrowding issues at peak season within the development.

We had a relaxing and fun stay at this property. The house was very clean and provided a lot of beach toys our kids had a blast with!

We absolutely loved this place ! The decor, the beds were so comfortable, everything you could need to cook etc. The golf cart and bikes were the BEST! We hope to make this a family tradition.

Only “complaint” would be that I’ve never stayed at a property where there were zero pantry items upon arrival. Think aluminum foil, salt/pepper, etc. Definitely wasn’t ideal since we had to purchase it for a weeks use, but not the end of the world!

The property itself was perfect - clean, great location, ideal for our family of 4. However, lots of little things added up to a headache. The code for the door did not work, a quick call and it was fixed. Not a big deal, but this was just the first of a lot of small issues. No code was left for the pool or the lock box that contained the key for the golf cart. Which meant more time out of our vacation to contact management. The main tv was not working upon arrival, which they quickly fixed but it meant another call to get it fixed. The dryer did not work, another call was placed and while we were there it was never fixed. The biggest headache of all was that the golf cart was not properly registered and we were “pulled over” by the HOA. We went back at forth with management over this issue which they blamed on the owners negligence. We specifically picked this property due to having a golf cart and we were unable to use it the entirety of our stay. We are still going back and forth trying to get compensation for the lack of this amenity. I would absolutely stay in this location/neighborhood again however with so much back and forth over what amounted to daily issues - skip this property and rent from someone else.

We loved the condo and how clean it was! The communication was amazing and everything exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be booking another trip VERY soon!!

If you plan to rent here...buy the trip insurance! On top of all the additional fees you better buy the insurance as well. We were scheduled to checkin 2 days prior to when Hurricane Helene hit the gulf. Surrounding areas were already being evaluated, watches and warnings were issued for the area, and the Governor had already issued a state of emergency. We reached out to the property owners the day of our checkin and requested a refund or date change, anything, for our trip and they said they were not offering any options for us at that time. They proceeded to tell us that the area was not expected to be impacted by the Hurricane...however the weather channel showed otherwise and Meteorologist's predictions can be wrong. The owners may be locals and used to storms, but we are not therefore for the safety and protection of our family and young children we felt it was best to not visit Florida during Hurricane Helene. We requested a refund or date change 2 more times from the property owner as the Hurricane approached the gulf and were declined options, therefore we lost our family vacation and the financial investment due to Hurricane Helene. This may be a great place to stay, I can't rate based on that, however it may be wise to buy that trip insurance because the property owners will NOT work with you.

Beautiful area to stay in, it was our first time visiting! The home was beautiful and the big golf cart was an added plus my twins loved it

I was a little concerned with the previous reviews about the golf cart and it having issues with other families and went back and forth on if I wanted to take that risk as my family really looks forward to the golf cart rides. Once we arrived, we noticed the golf cart didn't look as nice as a lot of the others in the community but decided to look past that and still enjoy it. The ride was less than enjoyable the steering is very difficult and unsteady ( I myself decided not to drive it because I saw how uncomfortable and uptight my husband and son were trying to navigate it, which is unfortunate) the cart would shake and sway and it just stopped working on us in the worst times, in traffic! We never received the charging cord, and we just decided it was in our best interest to just drive our SUV around. The washer machine started leaking. Everything else was fine we like the condo and the love the area.

The unit was very clean and the golf cart was a huge plus! We used that almost exclusively to get around the area. The only drawback of the location is getting to the beach. Very very limited access to public beach and only a handful of parking spots for thousands of people that don't stay in a beachfront unit. But the unit itself was so nice. We would definitely stay there again.
